The Regina Isabella Resort and Spa is simply amazing. The Royal suites are beautiful appointed with beautiful views of the coastline and village. The spa experiences are medical grade with plenty of treatment options. The resort and spa have thermal springs that feed the pools and which are bliss. The food and beverage services are top notch, well worth visiting if staying elsewhere.

The dining rooms, the relaxation, the excellent cuisine. Always a pleasure.

Everything! the hotel is very well-equipped and comfortable, the staff are attentive without being overly so, and right now they really are taking the well-being of there guests so seriously that I feel immensely safe.

Luxury treat you have to deserve.

Hotel located in the small square of Lacco Ameno, you can breathe the air of the 60s. The décor is vintage. The floors are decorated in majolicas typical of local crafts. Feature the game room whose floor is decorated with Neapolitan playing cards. The rooms are very large and panoramic. The breakfast buffet is rich and of excellent quality, which is eaten in a veranda entirely overlooking the sea. The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, helpful but at the same time discreet. Beautiful saltwater pool and well-slated the piers on the sea equipped with umbrellas. The indoor baths are a little dispersed as they are arranged on several levels. Hotel to try at least once in your life.

A wonderful location, just minutes after Casamicciola boarding.
The structure is a bit decadent, but you can breathe an imposing air and elegance. The rooms with the sea view are beautiful and spacious. Also the beach is very nice, a lunch on the jetty is a must to do.

I have traveled extensively and can state unequivocally that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous views, impeccable cleanliness, breakfasts that were literally feasts and highly professional and friendly staff, especially Raffaele at the concierge desk and Lino at the pool… so ready to please. Ours was a standard room with a sea view but it was enormous by all standards with a bathroom you'd never want to leave! The salt water pool was so relaxing and the little private beach provided a lovely respite from the heat. Our only regret was that we should have made this a much longer stay than 5 days. We will be back e grazie Regina Isabella!

This is the most luxurious structure of the island of Ischia. Great facilities such as kitchen, rooms and bar. Pure relaxation.

Building is 1950s era and this long running hotel knows how to do hospitality. Huge spa complex inside it as well, which is well run. Also has an external thermal pool as well as being by the sea with its own pier. Prices are high, but then this is Ischia.

A Maiestoso place on the island, a historic place of national and international renown. The beautiful view of the sea leaves in the mind the indelible image of the hotel. The spa manager has made us aware of the thermal structure, a magnificent place where nothing is lacking… from the gym, the indoor swimming pools, the areas used for thermal mud, inhalations, massages, wellness, couples, Ayurvedic, etc.

This was our first time here, but definitely not the last time. The hotel in general is very charming, elegant and traditional Italian. Rooms are large, very clean and with an individual interior Breakfast is served at a wonderful balcony with a fantastic view of the bay, and a good selection of the buffet. Besides the friendly and attentive staff, the best part about the Hotel is its private access to the crystal clear sea in a calm bay. Can definitely recommend Albergo Della Regina Isabella.

Five star heaven! Beautiful location overlooking the Bay of Naples with view of Vesuvius in the distance. Clear waters in its bay gorgeously lit at night. Thermal baths with more options. Two swimming pools — indoor and out. Great food and wine. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Did I mention the view… this is worth going back to again and again.
