Refined and quality food.

Just returned after six wonderful days from Reginella.
The services are really top notch, and the staff are always available.
Plus the restaurant staff under Mr. Gianni, the cleaning staff and the lifeguards (just to name a few) really make you feel important.
I can't wait to plan my next stay.

Fantastic luxury hotel, I have also been to other hotels but La Reginella turned out to be the Top of the range. Very large rooms, spotless, excellent abundant breakfast, very kind staff, professional and always ready to meet the demands of customers, perfect location, personally I am fascinated by this structure and for the second time I return with my family!
My children love it are at ease all the comforts.
I never mind expenses and a hotel that charges and it has to be like that, but it's worth it all!

Beautiful place in the center, so easy access to shops for shopping. Maximum kindness and professionalism from all the staff and, icing on the cake, food of excellent quality and prepared in a superlative way.

They do not want me to return accobto holiday, despite having canceled 20 days before! They want to give me a voucher! Shame on you! It's not my fault if to travel from 7 there is a need for the green pass!

Wonderful place, a gem in beautiful Ischia. Attentive and efficient staff. At the spa services there is Stefania very good and super competent both for manicures and pedicures with permanent seeds and facials, an additional reason to stay here again!

We have been there more than a few time, it is definitely a complex to renovate but I would stay here again if I could every year

Definitely to renovate both the rooms and the entire complex, little comfort for what you pay, few services included in the price, even the use of bathrobes you pay. Pools full of rust. The mediocre breakfast. Good thing there is a friendly and helpful staff as it is the only flagship.

No comment can describe the beauty, elegance, friendliness, courtesy, availability, comfort, peace and wonder of this place. More than to say it's a corner of paradise, nothing else. In fact, I already think I've said everything. If I could put more than 10 stars I would! We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you. ❣

What do I recommend about this hotel? … Definitely to be followed in the living room by Ivan. I have no words of such professionalism and kindness.

Great traditional hotel in the Italian style. Super thermal pool.

The hotel was way above expectations. The food was amazing, incredible. We upgraded to a better room and for a small difference we stayed in a big room with a big bathroom and a lovely balcony. We were there during a wind storm and we enjoyed relaxing around the 5 thermal pools in the gorgeous protected garden. The service was superb. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Great hotel on the island of Ischia Italy. It has 5 pools with thermal water. And its own spa center.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff. I really liked the garden with the thermal baths. Dinner is really Italian. Always looked forward to the pasta and the fish of the day. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Located in the centre of Lacco Pleasant is one of the most important and beautiful hotels on the island. Great location, trained staff.

A peaceful and elegant hotel where the customer feels well-treated and very kindly received. The room was quite small, but the view from the mountain was replaced by the floor space. The atmosphere was like the precious, slightly old-fashioned hotels in the books of Agatha Christie. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was no need to lose any time during the week. Menü was well chosen; Fish, meat, and Vegaarinen option. Desserts Italian Delicious. The staff has received excellent training. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools offer wonderful views of the mountains. I did not use the sauna, but the water of more than 30 degrees was a sauna. Towards the end of March there are not many tourists, so everywhere is peaceful. The hotel is easy to go shopping or hiking in the mountains. The information office is very close to the hotel, next to the church. The nearest bus stop is just a few hundred metres away. If I go back to Ischia, I definitely choose this hotel. It is a small paradise. I highly recommend it.

Elegant cozy where you find relaxation and good food.

Very pleasant hotel, set in a nice part of the island … (Lacco Ameno) and near to the sea. Good access to hot pools, shops and other facilities. Staff helpful, interior areas clean and spacious, food plentiful and pleasing.

A unique experience… The thermal park, the high-level cuisine made me live four wonderful days in this magical place. I want to compliment all the staff of the Reginella, it was a Christmas as in the family. Thanks for everything, as soon as possible I will return!

We arrived today at this hotel… we had a pleasant surprise.
It is located in a quiet spot of the island near the sea, the thermal park inside with the thermal water tubs look wonderful (tomorrow I can't wait to go there), the dinner was level, the right quantities and all tasty. We really made a great choice to stay here. And the holiday goes on…

Elegant and relaxing Hotel with comfortable and equipped spa area.

We have been to the Hotel Reginella many times and will be back. The clean and comfortable rooms, the great and cared for food, the kindness of the staff, the wonderful park with so many different pools and with different temperature, the beautiful indoor spa pool, all this makes Reginella a place of unresponsive pleasure. Even the location, very quiet but central, is for everyone and for everyone!

Beautiful place, quiet, great cuisine (really yummy seven days a week! ) and amazing staff! Gianni and Erico are the best! And all the rest of the staff, too. The kitchen really deserves it! Although the hotel is full, it is never crowded and there is always a corner of peace in the pools. Before me, my family frequents him for decades, and you understand why!

Nice hotel area, with a large variasjon of swimmingpools. Nice and spacious room. The breakfast is ok. Antipasti for dinner is very nice. But the main courses we had on our stay was below what could be expected from this hotel.

Overall not bad. But very poor breakfast: eggs, 2 kinds of sausages, one kind of cheese, pastries and fruit… Shame for the 4 stars. The rooms are clean, small but cozy. The dinner is great, the menu is all delicious and beautiful. The buffet is Sharazhmontazh. The thermal pools are not bad either.

Familiar but with class … down to the smallest detail, 6 pools say six of a blanket, dinner is excellent, service excellent, you want more out of life! Going back as soon as you can (and affordable)
