➜ I was 4 days old, poor cleanliness in the room, lack of air conditioner, and lack of fridge in the room with an absurd 40c temperature. X don't talk that the trolley they put it in my garden this and welcome they give in the meantime stood ready the room … the garden and full of mosquitoes you can not stop … it is 300meters from the promenade but as a structure it sins a bit. I'd give him a poor grade 5…
➜ The property itself is nice but the cleanliness is very poor as I was there 4 days and was told that the room clean was not included and we had to redo the beds. We couldn't walk barefoot around the room because the floor was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned in the 4 days and we had to use our towels because they were not changed. Plus we were told that the room was sea view and was actually wall view. I will definitely return to Ischia because it is a wonderful place but I will definitely change hotel.
