It was me and my daughter, beautiful experience all organized, good and fresh food, and fantastic staff from the spa staff to the waiters, especially the very nice Pino who with his kindness served us in the best way making meals more pleasant. We will definitely come back.

Regular customer of the felix excellent kitchen exceptional room staff to modernize the rooms and absolutely change the manager.

Spectacular hotel. I book a double room and a quadruple is assigned with beautiful balcony, spacious, super clean and fragrant. Great restaurant, you eat great and plentiful portions are. Very kind waiters and metre. Not to mention the pools, the one at the whirlpool solarium, the big one and the covered one. In short, this hotel is a show in everything. I don't usually go to the same places, I like to change, but when I return to Ischia I will go alone and exclusively to the hotel terme felix.

The staff are kind, polite and welcoming, as well as the entire population of the island of Ischia; the property is equipped with all the comforts, which make it, at the same price, really tempting compared to the others; it is located practically in the center; but the highlight is what you eat that, for quality, quantity and imagination I think is really unparalleled. I'll go back to Ischia and go back to the Felix hotel.

We had a great time, we spent a week carefree, great location, just few steps from the central via Roma, the Port, and also from the Aragonese castle, compliments to the kitchen, all good, but an affectionate thought goes in particular to the Matre John is running that has attenzionato from the first day the dietary needs of my daughter, reliability and availability, also the beauty of how close. We highly recommend it.

Great location just a short walk from the harbour. Rooms intended as cleanliness leave something to be desired. Great food. Staff always attentive and helpful, this makes all the difference. Great pools. All in all it's ok.

The hotel is exceptional, located in the heart of Ischia makes it great for reaching the most important parts. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The reception is impeccable. Really to visit.

Good food and variety of foods. Professional management. Unique neo with a Mediterranean scrub and flowers… Poorly cared for.
But I recommend it for the rest is the location.

I was expecting something extra to be a 4 star hotel, food many pumpkins, tomatoes and eggplant, broken linen.

We were guests at the Felix for 5 days just after Easter.
We loved the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, from Gennaro who served us at the table to Cyrus always present for every need. The value for money is very good, like the abundance and variety of food. Congratulations to the chef.

Quality location cleanliness staff everything great but a bottle of house wine 12 euros seems really overkill.

We are here from Sunday and we are pampered. I can not name everyone because they are too many but the staff is very kind and professional, great food, great cleanliness and spa… from complete relaxation. I've been coming since 2006. Only downside, some guests are really peasants, but they stand.

Hotel very welcoming, clean, and staff very professional and kind. Mr. Gennaro, a person extremely polite and helpful, the swimming pool nice and big, with a jacuzzi also on the terrace you will find a welcome surprise! The cuisine is excellent and varied, hotel staff very friendly, if I return to Ischia we alloggero'again. Thanks and good 2018!

Very nice hotel. It is located near the center, Gdeavtobusnaja station. There's a transfer. The food is very tasty and diversified. Lots of fish food. It's great for family rest attacks for couples. There are 2 pools with thermal water.

We stayed at this hotel this last week of July and we were nothing short of upset, dingy rooms with poor cleanliness to say the least (towels we threw on the floor to make it clear that they had to be changed were dirty and Carefully folded letting us believe they were clean). The room we stayed in was a BASIC but from contract to us it was a STANDARD. 500 Euros and passes (with addition of other fees of which we were not aware) I do not know if I explain. The room was packed with mold and insects, rusty shower; In short, bad conditions. When we claimed the mistake they did with the room we were told we had to say it sooner if we didn't like it. But joking?!?!? Here we talk about contract not of tastes.
Of the restaurant what's to say… this hotel deserves a star just for the sympathy of the waiters victims of this nasty management: dirty napkins folded… The only compliments go to the CHEF.

The Staff, friendly and always available. As well as in the reception to the restaurant. Swimming pool quiet and clean, indoor pool with thermal water, a true paradise.

The staff have become our friends and we were treated like family. Helps if you are fluent in Italian or at least try to speak because English is limited here which is a good thing. Can't wait to come back.

Very nice location. Superior rooms clean and cared for with terrace overlooking the sea. Only flaw does not declare absence of air conditioning by alleging communal ordinance… where it was said that they could not turn it on until June (I asked and inspected the ordinances in common in Ischia) ugly thing for a 4 star since other Hotels same level declare it on their site "air conditioning in operation from 1 June"! It seems to me much more correct… or at least make a discount since at a service I could not "access"!

We just spent a week of relaxation. Good reception, availability, friendliness, professionalism of staff at Spa therapies. Cleanliness and good food. Close to the Centre but in a quiet area. Good price quality ratio.

Maybe 3 stars. Empty minibar. For dinner you have to go just opened the restaurant, if you go after not finding anything on the buffet and you need leftovers heated up.
