Very nice suite,, very clean, super friendly helpful staff, very good rich breakfast, we come back, nice well maintained hotel which is also animal friendly. Pets allowed.

We've just stayed at this hotel. From the minute we arrived until the time we left the staff did all they could to help us. After a mistake with them booking (on our behalf) the staff did all they could to make a room available to us, even at a time when part of the Italian national team where staying there and they where extremely busy. Big thank you to all the staff who made it as easy as possible for us.

Overall my vote is good. The room although not very large was comfortable and clean. The shower box is too small and the water jet too low. Good breakfast and clean breakfast room. The waiter and the staff were nice. It would be to change the front door because heavy and still pushing and give a nice clean with degreasers at the entrance because really a bad business card especially the right wall.

We really did not like the room. The room was not to our expectations. Maybe you will have better luck. The hotel over all is fine. We had a room for 3 people with one queen/double bed and a single bed. Furniture was damaged. We could not leave the AC on during the night because it was blowing on the single bed. Considering there were 30 degrees outside we really needed it. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good and lots of things to eat. Try the yogurt, is delicious. I would not stay again as the price was not cheap and there are other places in the area that I will try.

Missing some informations to found some restaurant around the hotel. Correct hotel.

Horrible, no service almost evening, only the receptionist available. Horrible breakfast, they burnt scrambled eggs, "who burns scrambled eggs?! "

Basic room, a little distance from city center. Next to the road, so noise at night. Breakfast is good in view of price.

Very nice room Staff. Hotel near the centre of Udine, easily accessible by car in a few minutes. Too bad I stopped only one night.

On Sunday morning, the players of Udinese find themselves there, for breakfast I believe, before going to the stadium. Of the interior I only saw the atrium.
Restored not too many years ago, has acquired value and notoriety.

Struttura vicina al centro della città, comoda per qualsiasi direttrice in entrata o in uscita. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Il peeeonale cordiale e simpatico. Forse un po' più di spazio dedicato al parcheggio non guasterebbe.

The breakast is really bad! Not worth the money! Everytime I came Down for breakfast, the buffet was almost emty. The only good Thing I Can say about this hotel is, that the rooms are nice and Big. If I come again, its because of the rooms, and NOT because of the breakfast and the staff!

A budget priced hotel but not in the middle of Udine. You have to take the bus to the city. There are plenty of parking spaces right by the house. Good breakfast. The rooms are relatively small.

It is easy to get to the highway, it is in very quiet and silent area, the staff are friendly. The rooms are very small There is no bar and breakfast room but not the restaurant.

Nice and cosy hotel when travelling to Italy. Very close to highway. Junior suite is great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice view for church. Great service. Receptionist is really great and helpful. 5min to old town by car.

Rooms and bathroom rather small and in general not welcoming although well furnished and clean. Difficult to adjust the temperature of the room and in a satisfactory way. Breakfast in tone with little variety and quality.

The hotel overall is nice and comfortable amenities, the real downside is the small size of room and bathroom that makes him uncomfortable. For the rest nothing exceptionable, wonderful.
