A quick but serene past week, excellent services, super recommended to families, but above all the exceptional staff, attentive to everything, kind, professional, nice … present and discreet animation but with a smile for everyone. We found that disability can be managed with simplicity and naturalness without ever feeling uncomfortable! we were pampered for everything! The village is a bit dated, but it is well maintained, the rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. Cleanliness would be to be improved. The pools and water park are great and the beach is also very clean and quiet. The restaurant so so, more than anything else is a canteen, very simple dishes, I must say however that the dishes are plentiful and never skimp on the encore. To improve table service, waits are too long due to undersized staff compared to room capacity. I applaud the waiters who put everything into it and are always very kind and helpful. In general the value for money is great for the property, the stay with the whole family was pleasant.

A place lovely welcoming staff fantastic, but what is more important is completely without architectural barriers suitable for disabled and children thanks a lot to be there.

The service is good, rooms clean and spacious, restaurant is super organized and the food good, the staff is friendly and polite. That say Great especially for families.

Suitable for groups, the staff, the environment is spartan. Location very nice.

Dr. Elena Reggeni very competent and talented, a real doctor from the emergency room compliments.

We liked very much the location that met our needs, good for the distance from the beach. We also liked the room, the presence of air conditioning and the many services offered by the village as, for example, swimming pools located throughout the resort. The staff of the restaurant are courteous and helpful. The pool is clean and convenient for those who have children, even the small ones. The staff bangino, animators, friendly and not intrusive, the rooms are comfortable and suited to families. The staff in the establishment (we were in s. Maria is awesome and available. At the reception welcomed us and answered all our requests with availability and courtesy.

The room is large and the cleaning service is very good. There are beautiful swimming pools, maybe the changing room would be better.

I have known for four years, the swimming pool and unfortunately the new management from January 2018 to “Bella Italia” is definitely negative! The changing rooms of the swimming pool are often overcrowded, in the last week over the boys of the swim, into the male locker room there were at once three football teams, a true delirium of the people camped on the ground! The toilet facilities are, for the most part out of service. The management of the swimming courses of babies is somewhat approximate, instructors are overwhelmed by double the number of children compared to the previous, and however they change often. We used to be in a completely different way the past few years, when some of the instructors (who are no longer with us) had created a fellowship among the boys who made progress in every lesson.

We have just spent a very pleasant stay at the village of Lignano. Everything was organized to perfection. The food was excellent and the rooms clean. They have even organized a dinner with dishes themed on the day of thanksgiving for ononare our tradition. The location is excellent for the swimming competitions: in two minutes walking distance from the hotel and the restaurant leads out to olympic size swimming pool. In all we were 450 people in the European Forces Swim League, Swimming to the Allied Forces) coming from Belgium, Germany, England, Italy, and Portugal to compete in the youth championship of swimming long course. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff… you have been wonderful!

I spent a week relaxing, in a quiet beach and cared for, in a village with rules, which some consider to be severe while I think of myself as right because safeguard all of them. We ate well and the staff is professional, beyond friendly. I and my family were there thanks to the Jump Camp and in the midst of a hurly-burly of children (summer camp — stars etc etc etc) I have never seen anyone lose patience and believe me that considering how they were left to the local and the outside, there would have been reason. Christian and all the other girls have taken care of us and our celiac disease so flawless! Thanks guys! P. S. Having to pay the entrance and have a manager, so attentive, allowed us to walk quiet in the village without thoughts.
