This is by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The warm welcoming feeling you get starts at check in and from that moment you feel like your are home. The owners simply can’t do enough for you, even during this very strange year my experience was fantastic. Parking is not a problem, rooms are spacious, quality of food is fantastic and like me if you don’t speak the language the staff recommended meals were always fantastic. I cannot find any other way to describe this experience but absolutely fantastic. On the normal 5 star rating that most booking websites are using 5 stars doesn’t do this place any justice at all it is far beyond 5 stars. The biggest issue this hotel have is here is several other hotels in the area using the Pineta name, result I wrongly booked a different location at first, once I realised this mistake I quickly rebooked and what a difference.
Make sure to double check your booking to ensure you have booked the correct hotel.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will for sure return if I’m ever back in this area.

I knew this restaurant a few years ago and I have a very good memory. Here I am again. Well I can confirm that we eat very well in a corner surrounded by trees and mountains. The food is excellent. The service is also very satisfactory.

Great place, if you want to give yourself a moment of total relaxation, this is the ideal place. Hotel set in a pine forest in the Appennino Umbro Marchigiano. Fantastic owners, I also recommend the restaurant for great cuisine, where you can enjoy local delicacies. I recommend it.

The nice hotel, the rooms can be a bit "old". The pool is great, the restaurant is good too. On the other hand, if you don't speak English, it can be rough. Moreover nothing is translated into English.

Exceptional structure immersed in nature is truly complete for spaces and services… Great restaurant for organization and quality.

Hi to all. I just returned from a ten day holiday at the hotel Pineta Campodonico. (Fabriano). You have a wonderful stay! The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, 600 meters of height, ideal for those who love tranquillity and the countryside. As you can see from the photos it features a beautiful swimming pool, all well maintained and located in the middle of the green landscape of the type fitted. The hospitality is excellent, as is the kitchen with foods and high quality wines of the area. For those who love excursions, cycling is really the top. There are many trails in a beautiful area on the border between Marche and Umbria, I prefer the cycling I enjoyed the great. (For those who want to do this I recommend using a mountain bike or a cyclocross bike, because the most picturesque routes in the require, if not even the road bike). Then if you want a little bit of swimming is the ideal to relax the muscles after any arduous climbs that you'll encounter in some locations. Finally, we are in an area rich in culture and history, with many sites to visit, cities and towns, wonderful not to be missed. What else to add? a wonderful holiday, I think that I will return with new bike trails to do (I'll bring 2 bikes, a race and a cyclocross).

Nice context even if in a rather isolated area (which for some may be an added value). Great for banquets and ceremonies given the large and elegant hall, the park very impressive the very inviting pool (we did not use it). Rooms without art nor part old-fashioned décor but nothing is missing and cleanliness is acceptable. It was very useful for us to break the journey back from Puglia and allowed us to discover Fabriano (beautiful)

Located in a very quiet and airy location but convenient to many places of historical interest, naturalistic and trails for both trekking and mountain biking (easy to reach the waterfall of Marmore, the caves of Frasassi, Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto, Amelia, etc. ) Great kitchen and service, nice rooms, complete with large pool and tennis court. During my stay there was also a group of people in the car but with enduro/cross bikes following on the trolley. I assume there are also routes dedicated to that type of activity. Beautiful roads around that offer various cues for motorcycle excursions, in fact I was participating in a motoraduno.

Lovely place, where nature is the master. The structure, masterfully set in this wonderful scenery, offers comfort at high levels. From when you get to when you leave, there is constant attention to all kinds of needs. It feels at home. Tiziana, Pino and Valeria, do not make you feel like an anonymous patron. You are welcomed "at home", with all the requirements of an excellent hotel. Mario, the chef, is a real "master" his dishes, they put good humor only to see them, and, appearance has never deceived. In the pool, there is the diligent and friendly assistant to the bathers, Marco. The rooms are perfectly clean, as well as any other environment. Thank you all very much. Thanks also to Raffaella, Giocondo and Luna. We will definitely be back, as we have been doing for about 18 years. Never a "betrayal" on your part. Every year, so many improvements… new things all the time. Of "old" remains the usual" hospitality, the "usual" attention, the "usual" warmth".

Renovated Structure with parking, swimming pool, and tennis court. Its strengths are the kitchen (exquisite, especially meat) the panorama and the tranquility. The garden on the edge of the pine forest is Beautiful. Ideal for cooling off on warmer days.

Overall good service in the room, great food, good location of the farm; The only room we had was very small and the bathroom was not so cold, very dated furnishings and heating turned off in the rooms from morning to late afternoon… so at 5pm hour the re-entry was the cold rooms! Imagine the bathroom! Something like this never happened in a hotel and I have always gone even in winter!

My family and I have decided to stay at the hotel recommended by friends, for the new year. We quickly found a familiar, warm and friendly. My three kids enjoyed the chef's food despite two of them were intolerant to gluten have had a variety of items: the room allocated was on the second floor, pool view, fit our needs. Really recommended: we booked a week in July.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Pineta in August, familiar and cosy atmosphere. Spotless room and a terrace with views of the beautiful mountains. Exceptional food. Perfect destination for family relaxation!

I think that there is no place more genuine and mostly unpretentious! absolutely transparent and the clientele who chooses is because you want to be carried away by the wonderful and unique Valley of Caesar! I repeat without TOO MANY allusions, genuine and with a LOT of PASSION for those who work and BUILT FROM SCRATCH.

Disastrous! Starting from the pool that was to see color and it was impossible to swim! The dirty room, in bed I found hair and patches of Gravy (hoping it wasn't blood). At 8 o'clock in the morning there was no more water in the bathroom. The only good things were:
the air conditioner working (beyond belief),
and the sweet kittens who interact well with people!

Great hotel, good food and great location with pleasant relaxation in a pool where the vision of the mountains is really relaxing.

Actually, in recent years are more user of their beautiful outdoor pool, that hot summer afternoons is a true dream, immersed in a landscape of valleys and beautiful mountains.
A few years back I was able to try their restaurant for ceremonies (weddings/communions) and I always eat well, even non-canonical dishes. The outdoor spaces in summer are very pleasant, so immersed in the pine forest that climbs up the side of a mountain.

Place of refuge in order to stay in peace, you eat right, cooking great nickname.
