Located in a strategic point, close to the sea, the course with shops, public transport and even Eurospin.

I spent in this residence 7 days in August, with my wife and my 2 year old grandson.
We had a great time. We booked a two-bedroom apartment finding it clean and comfortable; the kitchenette is spacious, separated from the room, with microwave, fridge with frozen cell and ice, the spares provided are more than enough. Nearby there are several shops where you can shop, e. G. Eurospin, conad, coop, and mini market on the beach. As a location it's great because it's all close.

It was very noisy place, high speed train rails are very close to this building, so it was terrible.

I was here with my group for the web marketing festival in June 2018, stayed for three nights in ten people. The apartment is nice and spotless! With terraces to be able to smoke and two bathrooms to please everyone. Philip greeted us and was super helpful. The only micro observation is that they asked us for a deposit that had not been agreed or patuita that they returned to us before departure. Comuqnue What about : a place to keep in mind for families and groups, anyone who wants to feel at home because the friendliness typical of the region feels all!

Rooms are very clean and staff was really helpful. We will come back next year!

I was in this residence for the fair of Wellnes that was held in Rimini last weekend, is a great structure equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, there are several restaurants in the area and the residence has a beach Private not far.

Relaxing holiday, everything perfect we were 1 week without thinking about anything, the property is 2 minutes from the bathroom Loretta, number 99, also in the area is full of bars and restaurants, we will definitely return.

I was in this residence last week end with my family to pull the plug from work and to be able to enjoy the first days of the sea, all perfect, Bravo Filippo.

My friends and I stayed 3 nights for the music fair, beautiful structure, modernized in the last decade, very close to the sea, is for sure a good residence where to spend the holidays in peace. Philip, the owner, is a big one.

Found by chance, but couldn't find any better, very cozy residence, furnished with style, great Wi-Fi service, friendly and helpful managers I would definitely recommend.

Great residence. Big apartment with new furniture and air-conditioning. It is close to the rail, then you hear the trains but the noise is bearable. Residence recommended for optimal situation; is a stone's throw from Rimini and Riccione.
