Very bad the blankets were dirty and also the towels and the shower dirty saleswoman polite but not too much I don't think they come back horrible smells and never change the blankets and the bed don't make there are blood stains in the towels and the blankets don't change anything And they don't do anything don't GO there and the pillows are not pillows but towels inside a pillowcase.

Nightmare days… Given that after arriving the lady at the lobby is pretty much gone, for the days to follow our beds were practically not made! (The blankets I think have never been washed) … Our towels have never been changed! (With little blood stains and a nice smell) … Then in the night impossible to sleep, for the continual noise of the trains. Not recommended!

For a couple who wants to visit Rimini the value for money is great.
Bring your own pillow though. These are not great besides TT OK!

Place without so many pretensions, but convenient to the means and premises of the main course of the country.

Dirty, does not respect everything that is in the photos, there is no air conditioning near the railroad, crumbling baths, which had to clean my wife, and the kitchen sucks. To have breakfast you have to go to a conventioned bar, because the room was not available for breakfasts, pretty much a crap.

The hotel should be made more modern. The décor is a bit old, lacks air conditioning and the bathroom is not that great. I think with a little bit of improvement, it could have a lot more customers.

You are god here… the lady was friendly and the place very pleasant! Close to the sea and everything.

In my opinion, way below average. Small room for 3 people especially the bathroom so small that in order to open the door you had to do a notch. The room has walls chipped in places, to embellish it were glued with adhesive tape a strip of paper … c is an electrical system that I do not know if it is in accordance with the law and the shower does not have a box but is hanging by one of those iron rods used in construction. Cleaning level however it seems good. The place is noisy rpero passes a train very often during the night and the hotel is less than 50 metres from the railroad. Bed and breakfast without stars are nicer ones usual price. Rimini is in my view going to loss of tourism therefore no shortage of opportunities don't stop just a booking!

Small room but with everything you need for a night from tourists. The only down fall is the air conditioning but considering the price you could not expect more.

The room and the bathroom were not even remotely similar to photos on the site.
In the bathroom for like the shower is unthinkable to wash if not sitting on the toilet or put in profile!

Nice stay at the hotel bed and breakfast Gobbi.
Initially hesitant in booking this hotel for some negative review.
I can definitely tell by the price the quality found was excellent.
I think people who have written those reviews have done in retaliation for something, because we didn't encounter any of the problems written, mostly on location in taken care of.

Hotel comfort beds. Cleanliness and hygiene zero rooms messy sheets dirty cramped room owns the hotel rude and she contacted informing us that would put legal means if we would have done this review … horrible experience not to repeat ever again.

Hotel not recommended, clean, staff, rooms very small. I have been there a week in double room and it was enough, every time I walked into the hotel there was never personal, never change sheets and towels. The shower was completely over the toilet, sink and bidet. We had big problems with parking, but we left the car in the parking lot lowercase. Each
