Poor food. Windows as if they were not there. Sand and dirt entered through the window of the First World War of the bathroom. Not suitable for family elevator that you had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Too bad because it's on a nice location. I don't recommend it and won't stay here again.

Great service great staff eat super great sea that say great everything spectacular even the owners with surprise party to my daughter to come back every year.

In this Hotel, the hospitality, kindness and professionalism of the staff is priceless, the rooms are clean and quiet, the hotel is located on the sea, right on the beach, at the restaurant you eat very well, breakfast lunch and dinner.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming both as an environment, as well as as staff and staff, both reception and lounge.
It was nice to be a guest of Piero Maggiò who made me feel immediately at home.

Poor quality food, monotonous and repetitive menu especially for children (15 days of tomato paste both lunch and dinner). Non-existent cleaning, a broken slide was two and a half days on the ground before being removed. Dirty high chairs of previously seated children, the very small rooms, not to move in 4 people, cleaned badly and very quickly. Bathroom door that did not close even with handle, shower stall that did not close, broken toilet tablet and replaced only a few days before the restart. Every day we had to point out something ourselves and ask! One morning at 9am there was no more milk or brioches and we had to have breakfast outside the property. The dirty dining room, forgotten items left there seen for two weeks. Tables sticky between them, not even the space to sit comfortably that had back to back with The tables around. Arrive at the table and ask to clean the sessions before sitting down, find cold appetizers with leftovers from the previous days, bad! Zero hygiene! A single elevator and endless queues to wait for it and find it always full.
Good location, which is really great and on the sea, and the friendliness of some waiters who go out of their way to satisfy the requests of guests found very bad. Like us several other guests we faced.
All inclusive treatment and having to pay for water and coffee! Never again.

Let's start on the very positive side: the position. Close to the beach. Or rather, get out of the hotel and you're already at the beach.
For the rest: poor cleaning. And I can't leave out the first day we walked into the room: a disaster in the bathroom. So much so that you have to report it (with admission of the actual non-cleaning). By the way, we got here at 9:00.00 and they delivered it "clean" at 1 p. M. 30.
Food: poor quantity and quality. It's the first year we've bounceed ourselves off the table with hunger. And it's certainly not a Romagna feature!
Service: Waiters are nice, but not up to it. Examples: to get water we had to ask twice. To have a fork in place of a dirty… I'm still waiting for her. The dishes stay stacked from the starter to the fruit.
Altogether it is not to be considered a three-star hotel.

Very cheap prices compared to the lovely area in sea view.
Cleanliness really very poor, it was practice to find dust and hair in the room.
Simple food, enough portions. The breakfast was not at all the flagship for the quality of the food.
Staff very discreet and reserved.
Great for trips but bad for more important occasions, and for families.

Pros: For children, there is a play area inside the hotel (there is also a ping-pong table). On the outside (beach side, very large) there are some games (slides, rotating cup etc. ). There is also a bar.
Cons: Little clean rooms, full of dust. Poor food, always very high meat, the courses in general were not the best and they didn't look fresh either. The lobby is very small. There are no sidewalks, there are few amusements (for those you have to go downtown) and the bus drivers have obvious problems of view (do not see the people who are at the stops and, consequently, do not stop — I say from personal experience, I Waited 3 buses, about 45 minutes to be able to finally get one), of this, however, the hotel has no fault.

I had put four stars on my first day but the quality of the food, and the cleanliness made me change my mind. A yogurt example expired for almost two months, taken at breakfast and Piadina offer as a second, dirty Nutella, supposedly recycled by the dessert of the previous evening, and scarcity of choice at breakfast. The glasses of the Sala dei Bimbo mopped. I'm sorry because the location and the price are great and the kids enjoyed a world.

The blumen hotel is not the best, then the rooms are small, the food is always the same, the only positive note and sea view as some rooms.

We spent the year end with fantastic reception, clean room, qualified staff and always helpful, the owner Mr. Adriano and his family make you feel at home. I will definitely.

We are staying at the Hotel Blumen in Viserba waiting for New Year's Eve, the beach is beautiful despite being in winter the welcome was warm and thank you very much Adriano, Secretary Monica and Cristina for their hospitality, warm and cozy rooms over That you clean and smell it again. August 2017, a nightmare week!
For them the cleaning rooms is a sweep to the floor, shower encrusted and dusted in and out, closet, door, desk that have not been cleaned for centuries, the towel change, soap and toilet paper if unsolicited do not supply almost anything.
Luck wanted us to happen the most loser room of the floor the sink in the bathroom was wide a span and with the shelf above 20 cm away face and teeth you have to wash them in the bidet!
They talk about the kitchen: they recycle the food until exhaustion by reproposing it in disguise even for 3 days in a row, and when they just do not know what to do they invent the " gala dinner " where they trim the last leftovers all to bouffet and without choice.
The menu is not always reliable, the quality mediocre and poor preparation.
Badly thawed prawns that become spoiled, a hat under the cutlet, redfish that is not redfish and despite being a seaside resort do not prepare anything that qualitatively reaches the sufficiency.
In the air-conditioned handcuff dining room, the manners of some of the staff leave a lot to be desired.
On the other hand the beach is clean even if the sea can not be said the same, at the table if you want to eat there are a couple of bouffet contours that are edible and what else to say?

Lovely week at the hotel clean, staff polite and discreet. The kitchen then, all delicious.

I was at SIGEP 2016 as an interpreter and I recommend this hotel which is located facing the sea and a 5-minute taxi ride from the entrance of the exhibition itself. To try!

Vacationing in September.
At the entrance to the hotel demanded a tax, for 10 days, while maximum fee in the eurozone is removed only for 7 days. (Cheating the consumer). For a room with a view of the sea will take you further, even 100 euros.
More than 80% of the guests, old and old ladies. At the hotel you feel like in a nursing home.
Old furniture in the rooms.

During the trip, our tour operator announced a suspension of activities. The hotel immediately put us through about 1000 euro, supposedly our tour operator has not paid for our accommodation. We were told to pay that amount or collect their belongings. We gave up and we put on the street. But as it turned out later, the payment was made by the tour operator.
This hotel will not go any more and you do not advise.

I had to spend a week with my wife from 2/9/9/2014, by telephone/al9 I was confirmed
I would pay 128, 00 euro per day all included, I was asked for a deposit of 200 euros which I poured through my sister in law who is on site, but the second day I ran away because I was at the table to eat and drink the same things that ate my sister-in-law with her group that had paid 33, 00 euro per day, no I assure you no difference.
I paid for two days 200, 00 euro deposit ones.
PS I have never had a hotel room without a drawer.

In counter to many well I I location well.
As to slowly renovating and refurbishing the rooms (I recommend the stunning sea view) which is a good sign.
As the restaurant there is yet to be improved, but basically you eat well.
As for Bar service and reception can't comment; the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is a great levels especially those blessed and Consuelo. A smile and two happy chioacchere can conpensare some shortcomings and gaps.
I recommend it to anyone who goes there with family, especially with children since the Hotel binds directly with the beach and the sea. I recommend it to couples that in the future we will come back with kids-)

Have been in this hotel in June 2014.
There's no young people respectively, no noisy neighbors.
Take only breakfast — sausages, cheeses, muffins, pastries, jams, cereals — enough to lunch with us.
It features a pizzeria — (tenants) prepares excellent pizza and Calzone.
Within walking distance there is a shop Cooop — the usual prices, works all day!
Minus is located far from the Center, but there is a bus stop nearby and for 20 minutes you can reach the station.
