Disappointing room, no air conditioning, no hairdryer, cables in sight and bathroom impossible.

I have stayed at this hotel for three different stays, two in the summer and one just over a month ago and I have to say that the friendliness, welcome, availability and kindness of the staff is always great
The rooms I stayed in were all sea-view. Hotels really a walk from the sea, just cross the road to get to the 116 establishment.

Spent a week here, would like to stay more! very nice familiar hotel in a lovely position, staff was great. Thank. You and see you next here (and maybe also in September.

Località molto vicino al mare, camere non molto belle ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Niente clima quindi camera calda.

It is already the second year that we go there, great welcome, excellent and nice staff, to return definitely, a hug to the owner Mrs Federica!

Courteous and polite staff, breakfast very basic rooms, clean.

Ho dormito un paio di notti. Le camere sono confortevoli, tuttavia la mattina presto purtroppo ci sono molti rumori esterni che possono dare fastidio. La colazione è molto buona e il personale gentilissimo e simpaticissimo!

Resident cute, quiet, clean and cheap. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Recommended for families.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the sea and the main street.
The breakfast is varied and the bedrooms are very clean.

Was perfect, except the temperature, was too warm, and the ventilator was not enough. But the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is ok, rooms are clean, beach is at a distant street. For dinner you can eat to restaurant Frontemare, very good food.
So thank you once again Frederica, Raffaele and Teo. We'll definitely come back. Big hug from Deutschland.

Unfortunately my experience at this hotel is not what I was expecting, considering that it is a 3-star hotel, and despite the low price paid (and thus the arrival already "premonito") : in the bathroom there is no curtain in the shower, the furniture of the dysfunction (drawers that do not close, or with guides, the routes, the handles of the lockers broken and dangerous that cause cuts if you take it with carelessness), the room is not always is rearranged and clean, the pastries at breakfast are very very dry (give me, too, with the fussy, but being able to caricherei also a photo to make it more the idea). For the rest, the promenade and the main streets of Rimini are very popular, but for those who don't know are truly outstanding. And this hotel is on this road, with a bus stop at his feet. These are real points in favour of it. For the rest, people who have few claims and only need a room to sleep (at the lowest cost) can stay here. I wish only not to be in the room in front of a family with 4 children, wild as it touched me.

Apart from the very friendly staff for the rest I found it dirty and uncared for. The breakfast is nothing short of impossible, with regard both to the amount of choice and for the quality saw that you offer pastine packaged and sliced. The 3-star hotel, but attached with glue (look at the sign outside on the roof)

Of the minuses — there is no fridge in the room but allowed to use the common x/C in the dining room, the view from the balcony onto a roof full of cigarette butts. One of the advantages of Wi — fi catches even in my room, nice very friendly Salvador and Andía at reception (especially the girl Andía always prompt, help), the beach across the road. 27 very close. Good hotel for the money.

Complaint cleaning zero showers for sucks run by incompetent cold water without soap nor shower gel in the air conditioning fee is not worth the three stars may be a board.

Location 3 or 4 row to the beach in a small alley right next to a railway track. Parking lot too small, the car had to be moved 3 times in 2 days it was car Tetris. I recommend to arrive with a smart and about 30cm thick, with cling film wrap. The room was borderline, Safe-Deposit box was available, bathroom was dirty, bed was uncomfortable and creaks, the room stank balcony door jammed, furniture fell apart. For Breakfast there was dry cakes, biscuits, ready-made croissants, dry bread with Nutella or jam, and the coffee milk was bad and inedible. Staff is trying not rude but also not friendly. All in all, not recommended. But Rimini is not nice and will affect the the holiday.

Bad boys! very little cleaning, zero air-conditioning, towels dirty and stained, cockroaches in the room and strange smells! Partedo from the point that I took a last minute three days 89 €, we arrived I'm not saying that room. The Bathroom for the disabled, the blankets that smelled as if there had been a tramp! … The year changed room and we had to pay more! And what is more he also sucks! You do not deserve even half star! I have seen hostels or two-star hotel the most clean! Shame on you!

It is like a hostel, with a lot of the casino at any hour of the night. Surely the staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel has a very good price for the location: about 100 metres from the beaches of… for young groups of friends is perfect.
