A very bad experience… we booked this apartment for 3 nights… just arrived was not at the reception… we walked around a bit then we went to the back and c it was written that the check-in we were supposed to bear to another residence or hotel from the other side of the road. (we were not even notified by phone) I leave the car close to the entrance of the car park of the residence on the driveway and leave the key to my wife in case you were to move up, then l has moved a couple of times) … well I go to the front desk (which looked like a hole in a closet) give name and surname to a young lady at all pleasant… asks me the domcumenti and I leave re-go to prebderli from the other side of the road… wonder if that is all you need… for me… I'm going to take the documents and ask for the parking … she told me that there is…! I say that as can be… on the website there was written that it was free! She tells me that is not his fault and that I had to go look for a parking space! Already nervous I go around to rimini for a half hour to find I'm parking… I paid 30€ where the residence was free!
