➜ Family holiday with two girls aged 7 and 2, we spent here a week.
-Weak room and small bathroom (irecommend bring a non-slip carpet for the bathroom because the shower only has a curtain without the plate so it all dries up).
-Very good room cleaning, smelling clean and changing towels several times in the week
Friendly and helpful staff
-Breakfast buffet plentiful of sweets, for those who love the salty there is bread, ham and cheese
-discreet lunch and dinner, you could improve table service
-There is no space for children in the hotel (which, however, there are several from the youngest to the oldest)
-Super-equipped beach, games, bowling courts, soccer, volleyball, space with gym equipment, clean bathrooms, showers, morning and afternoon entertainment, friendly staff.

At first we had to stay here, having missed to take the reservation they moved us to another hotel (Telstar hotel), although months earlier I called and confirmed everything. What to say: rooms with obvious maintenance problems (dirty fan blades, open sockets, baths that flood if you take a shower, completely cloged sinks, probably from limestone, causing water not to come out, lack of air conditioning, lack of safe, lack of a fridge etc. ) Although the manager tried to make up for it by offering us a dinner at the other hotel (really good food luckily) and giving us the parking space for the duration of the period, it was not a good experience, not at all relaxing and uncomfortable given also by the displacement of the room luggage.
