What to say of the Hotel Cuba? Are the eight years that we are here… and not only for d summer! Here we really feel like family… my daughter and husband do not want to turn and change, because they say that without the Italo you can not stand! Italo is the owner of this hotel and x us, in addition to being a friend is a wonderful person! Hospitable, available and then… and then… you x we always Hotel Cuba!

Catastrophic conditions, filthy to go no more. The food, worse than in the hospital. Never again!

This is an imposition here! The bathrooms in many rooms here, unbelievable! Shower area, say floor directly under the shower only 40 cm square, then comes already opposite the BD and right next to it is the toilet. I haven't seen anything like this in my life. The food here, the purest catastrophe. The portions are made as for 5-year-olds, it is almost impossible that a "normal" person can be fed up with such portions that are served here. That being said, everything tastes really bad, ladies and gentlemen, that is not exaggeration! We have been here since 9.5.2017, today is the 14th 5.17, and we travel on the 16th. Since 11.5. I eat nothing more here because the food is partly inedible.
Yesterday we wanted a bit of lettuce because at the next table there were 2 risiege bowls of lettuce on the program. We were told that the friends were from the boss and we only customers. The bread tastes like cardboard and is old. It's not clean, you cleaning lady on the phone while cleaning up and getting caught smoking in a girlfriend's room. The staff is incapable and unreliable.
In addition, there is a children's birthday here today, unfortunately many children + guardians were still there at 11pm, which was very loudly to be received. After 2 complaints about the Lärmbelestigungen in the hallways, I then burst the collar for the third time, after which I roared after rest and it became quiet for a short time.

Nice bathrooms, OK rooms, convenient location, very close to the beach, unsatisfactory breakfast but otherwise decent enough.

Totally unreliable owner. We made a reservation for nine days with a thousand recommendations because of my health, instead we found the room quite dirty with half a kilo on every part of the room…
Towels always over the limit of wear and smelly…
They give more availability than the actual one to eliminate the risk of a cancellation…
Decent food with poor portions, with definitely advanced vegetables from the lunch buffet. The meat dishes were hard as the stones, the fish dishes instead "smelled" of rotten fish. Nothing cool… The waiter checked every single person who went to the buffet to get a portion of food and if the portion was "too abundant" the waiter humiliated you by saying he charged you apart. In fact, a lady who was part of a group of pensioners had risen to take a cup of coffee is a dessert for breakfast and after consuming that, evidently, having still hunger, he approached the table of the buffet to take a slice of bread and two slices of salami but this young waiter put it back in place saying that he would have to use or just the coffee or the slice of bread with salami. In conclusion, the most serious fact occurred on the evening of the fifth day of stay: After an evening walk with my family (3 people), on the return, the proprietor called us apart saying that the next day we would have to leave the room because it was no longer available without providing any explanation.

A wonderful holiday amazing people, what about you feel at home! Recommend to everyone especially for families it is really the ideal place… great food! Great STAF! will be back soon.

The hotel is probably for young people from the night life, or senior citizens ready to interact easily with the organized groups of retirees present. Cleanliness sufficient, towels always over the wear limit. If you are with small children, I recommend other solutions not to regret.
