Excellent hotel throughout, spacious and soundproofed rooms, eat very good always, every day a different dish, abundant breakfast the very kind staff always careful not to miss anything
Sea at 50 meters and outside the hotel the bus stop to be able to move.

Pleasant, clean and comfortable property, good food and friendly staff and helpful. You have the feeling of being in a big family. A date my family can't give up.

It was a wonderful holiday here. Food, service, friendliness, cleanliness TOPPPP! The rooms are very different in size and also the beds. Very harmonious, new and great furnished and the bathroom is really nice. We had a very hard bed.
A great hotel♥

The property is located on the main street of Rimini, just a few meters in the air line from the sea. The staff showed up very well even before check-in: in fact, we found heavy rain on arrival and had difficulty finding a comfortable parking space for carrying luggage, but immediately the problem was resolved. The room is equipped with every comfort, entrance with magnetic card, new and modern services, air conditioning, television. Continental breakfast is by the standards, the room where it is served is also that of the restaurant: the smile of the waitresses was the extra ingredient and if I wanted another cappuccino or another coffee, well. They would have served me very willingly!
The vote speaks for itself: I have nothing to complain about the structure. Maybe I would improve the service of salted breakfast and slices in general, but these are small things. In fact, I have always obtained an answer to any question and, even better, a solution directly from the property. Thank you again!

PROPERTY: completely renovated with new rooms and very clean. Excellent soundproofing in the belief that it is on the Viale Regina Elena. Excellent Wi-Fi. POSITION: the height of the bath 55. With a pleasant walk to reach the town centre or to the Marina Centre area (Fellini Park). Near there are all The amenities that you serve. Convenient to the bus stop. ROOM: our small but honestly for what we have been has had little importance. Air conditioning excellent and very good "dark" to sleep without the arrival of the light in the early morning. STAFF: family run with very friendly and helpful staff
BREAKFAST: buffet
TO IMPROVE: arricchirei the breakfast certainly with more salt. Perhaps the one great flaw… the quality and variety of the food!

Very nice hotel, recently renovated. It is 100 meters from the beach, 2 minutes and you are already at sea. Breakfasts are good, but no hot dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is a parking agreement about 2km away — there is a free shuttle (but not a 24-hour shuttle). There is a small balcony with chairs where you can sit in the evening.
Of the downsides — there was a room with a door to an adjacent room. Because of her it was very well audible neighbors who on the first night were very noisy. Then they moved out, and the others were quieter.

Best place and not expensive, near by Rimini beach. A wonderful family staff. Great location, clean rooms & good meals.

Wonderful family owned hotel right next to the beach. It has been recently renovated. The reception area and the rooms have a fantastic fresh look. The staff is very friendly and helpful. La dolce vita. What more to ask?

Nice clean hotel, after renovation. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The hotel is family-run, breakfasts are included, and lunch and dinner can be ordered here from the proposed menu. Everything is homemade and delicious. The cost is about the same as in street cafes. Recommend.

Beautiful hotel, just renovated. Modern and spacious room… I had a triple with balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful I recommend it!

Very nice Hotel and recently renovated, not very fast in service at the table (we were a very large group) but nice and friendly staff.

The location in the centre of Rimini is ideal. The service from the hotel staff and management was excellent and friendly. Everything during our 3 night stay in early September was memorable and we highly recommend Amicizia to everyone! We were 2 families of 4 and were very comfortable in the 2 separate rooms. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the renovations gave it that fresh modern feel in a lively city like Rimini! We were able to organise theme park passes through Amicizia which saved us money and was convenient. For a very small price we obtained a parking pass which enabled us to park our hired 9 seater Ducato practically near the front of the hotel on the main road. Amicizia helped make our holiday in Rimini 5/5! Grazie mille Amicizia ⚪️

First I want to congratulate the Manager, his wife and employees. My wife and I coped really well. Good food from breakfast to dinner. All really friendly, we spent three days relaxing. Thanks again for their availability. Hotel recommended.
