Great little hotel in a super central area about 100 meters from the beach.

Tutto bene! Are you looking for a nice place to stay next to the long beach of Rimini?
This tiny hotel has it all: an amazing price-performance ratio, 1 Minute walking distance to the beach with all its nice beach parties and 5 minutes walking distance to all the shops you need including an atm, tabacco shop, chlothes, drinks & trattorias. It’s located in a calm ally with huge trees and breakfast is included.
They serve great Italien coffee @ the hotel bar as well as 20 different beers. The hotel manager Marco is super friendly and helpful and speaks many languages (English Spanish Italian etc) The rooms are tiny but it’s more than enough with a balcony and even air con. We are looking forward to the days to come in the famous city of Rimini. Thanx for the warm welcome and the nice time so far!

Io e degli amici siamo stati in vacanza per un po' di giorni a luglio. Appena entrati, l'impressione non è stata delle migliori: camera piccolissima, arredo quasi inesistente e bagno senza box doccia. In pratica di fronte al water c'è il soffione della doccia e l'acqua va a finire in un buco nel pavimento, con il risultato che quando fate la doccia, l'acqua finisce ovunque (infatti il phon è fuori dal bagno). Colazione ottima e abbondante invece. Ottima anche la posizione, in prossimità del bagno 45, con il lido convenzionato.
