Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was not positive.
The furniture is old, the mattress as hard as a stone and the pillows either too high or impalpable. Negative also the lack of dark curtains you in the living area, which in fact frustrates even those of the sleeping area because it illuminated all of reflex.
The feeling that left me was of neglect.

Nice hotel near the beach, polite people, there is an elevator. Separate entrance for late visitors. Unlike many other hotels there is heating and a nice fresh renovation.

Cesar in a quiet location close to the center. The hosts do not speak English, but they understand a little.
The breakfast was very nice. It's not a fresh blanket.

Rimini is interesting. The old town is good. Near the Catholic Church, supermarket.
There is an Orthodox church in Rimini and there is a MW temple near the station. Nicholas, where there is a large particle of his relics.

Close to the beach, nice staff. The location is very good. One weekend, OK.

The hotel was very good. The rooms and chairs are spacious and comfortable and the bed, the service and the smell and the Nice hotel owner are great. Hotel without being pretentious. Cheap to stay, maybe over the weekend.

Hotels close to rimini 52 bath (about 200 meters from the sea) and in a good location. Good value for money and friendly staff but the qualities end there. The room is not large the walls are made of papier-mâché (you can hear everything), the bathroom blind and small, poor shower towels must be done on the ground flooding all over the bathroom. There and even parking nearby (the fines). Absolutely not a 3 star (2 poor). Okay just for a weekend if you really can't find anything better.
