I was there last weekend, competent and professional staff, very friendly, high-level welcome.
Clean rooms, where nothing is missing, super hearty breakfast, and, the terrace where it is served is perfect.
Very close beach.
Also the restaurant contracted with the hotel great.
I recommended it to those who were with me, for another weekend and they booked right away.
I will definitely come back because I was very satisfied.

We were there with my partner and our daughter, all really very nice and helpful as soon as you needed recommended absolutely we will go back.

The settlement is fast. The room is small but always clean. Towels change every day, laundry every other day. Not bad Hi-Wi. The TV is empty. There are no Russian caals. Noise insulation leaves much to be desired. You're average, but you're not going to be hungry. It's three minutes to the sea. Nearby transport, shops and cafes.

Very nice hotel! Fully justifies its four stars! Breakfasts for Italy are delicious, hearty and varied!

All in all, honest regarding price /location. Soundproof…

What can I say about this hotel when I first got here I wasn't sure but what unravelled in the first day was Amazing the staff especially Reception and Housekeeping went above and beyond to help me have a comfortable room and with my special needs they excelled themselves nothing was to much trouble and believe me I challenged them The breakfast was sort of continental with a mix of hot and cold you could have as little or as much as you liked it was all fresh I really enjoyed it The evening meal is held in 2 different restaurants the1st is open till 8pm which is next door the other about 100 meters away both really friendly and you pick any starter and any main course you liked from the menus really lovely food and you can eat up to 12 midnight at the second 1 what's not to like. Even though this is a small hotel not far from the beach I can't help but say they made my experience a happy one thank you all and I will highly recomend this hotel on the staff especially.

Nice little hotel in the center of Rimini. Near the sea, a lot of shops, restaurants. Great zaatraks, friendly staff.

I was in the hotel for work. The staff are polite and qualified, the rooms although not very modern are clean and well cared for.

We had an amazing chance to find this hotel at an incredible price to 3 days to go on vacation.
The hotel is very well located and the rooms are niquel!
The least we have found is the reception, the air conditioning that did not work (in the winter period it does not go the air-conditioning), the breakfast that lacks fruit spawning real fruit juice and croissant and chocolate bread not to be stuffed.

Let's start with the arrival. We had a room on the first floor. They said there were no others. The TV is the size of a big phone. I have a computer monitor twice in my office. There is no channel selection. Just one. The image is constantly disappearing. The safe is not working. Fixed it at the end of the day. There are no hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom. Like the bathroom itself. No shower cabin either. Just a drain in the floor, and around the curtain. The air conditioning is not working. They said the administration didn't allow it. It's not a season. And if I'm hot, what should I do? The first time I hear the air conditioner included with the permission of the administration. In the course of divorce. Sound insulation is absent as an institution. Lighting is, in fact, too. Two small lights in the corner of the room do not illuminate anything. I have been to many hotels, but even in 3 stars nothing like that. And this says 4. There's No 2. It seems that yesterday the two-storey bed was taken and the inscription of the hostel changed to a 4-star hotel. I'm not going to come here for sure. And I do not advise others. Real divorce.

It is not a 4 star: Small TV with only Russian channels, no parking in hotel but far and unattended, breakfast with not enough places and cold croissants.

Small rooms, clean but the TV did not take all the channels even after trying a search. The hotel is not very good Advice to those who do not have big needs.

4 stars Finte! The design objects I think serve X "distract" attention from the couch in the old hall and ruined at different points or from the reception counter made from the old bar location (at least the top and front have changed them seems…)
The receptionist was very friendly The smile is the ABC for this professional figure, he is deprived of it. Confusing bookings and related accounts can happen at all, insist on being right and do not apologize after verifying the error is unpleasant, if you then persist the same annoyed expression found as soon as you arrive at the hotel becomes irritating!
In the rooms to those who lacked the toilet paper, to other courtesy soaps, two remotes x the TV as at my grandmother's house (with so much label on one of the two "just to turn on") … someone would say "it was enough to ask and they would bring you the missing! " but given the welcome Enza you prefer to get by and view the short stay, leave without any other anger.

We were hotel guests in low season (November). The hotel was definitely to our liking, large and spacious rooms, comfy beds and soft pillows. Good location close to the waterfront. Possibility of internal parking for €5 to GG, but in the street there were so many free places (low season). They were also very kind to print out documents for us.

Where to start? … Reception zero… Zero cleaning… Old rooms with strange smell, uncomfortable bed. Besides I went away a day earlier by 12:00 and they kept cmq the money for the current day and also asked to pay him also the tourist tax. Ridiculous I would say. I did not ask for any returns but the seriousness of the structure is also seen in these things. In the past it happened to me and in automatic I have returned the share of the day that I would not have benefited.

A hotel that is defined as 4 stars can not have a bed as hard as marble, so subtle opinions to be able to hear what you say in the other room, a soundproofing almost nothing that makes you partake of everything that happens in the hallway, doors including Whiskers. You can not park under de hotel with a family car! They send you to an private parking place 2 streats further, which is dirty and unsafe. Owner arogant, he want to tell you where to park. The hotel is an 3 star hotel, you gonna see when you arrive. The room is really really small, the wc also. The pictures on internet are not reliable. They have aan toilett and radiator in the schower! Unbelibable! Look the picture!

We stayed at this property booking through an internet site for € 45 a night including breakfast, in the period of the fair.
The hotel is normal, then it can be irritating to take note of this after reading that is classified as a four star hotel, but we must take into account the price.
The location is good, close to the sea, to the city, to the premises and all amenities; have very few parking spots that naturally are taken from the first one, but there are places on the road (surcharge on summer evenings) and a garage nearby.
Finally they refused to issue tax receipt because, they say, the document should be provided by "wholesalers" of the website, which is a multinational English but that just comes with tour operators and not with end customers. This too is to be aware of.

It'S really American hotel, everything like in USA. Everything new, good room, good design, perfect breakfast for Italy) ) ) so I'm absolutely recommend this hotel to my friend.
