We had a great time… excellent quiet and comfortable room, warm in winter, sea view, ready services and very kind guys. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, very far from what I expected from a 4 star hotel.
Staff at the reception arrogant and unwilling to meet the needs of the customer.
The cleanliness of the rooms is not entirely thorough.
The available hair dryer overheats after 2 minutes of use and is impossible to continue to hold.
The staff of the room, on the other hand, is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer.
However, the food is not very varied and the drinks we consumed are all watered down.

The restaurant and the strong point, the food is excellent and the staff courteous and polite, a little less than the Spa where, according to me, it would take more control for the rest everything is ok.

This hotel is NOT 4*! The most is 1-*! Receptionist at the check in was horrible! Costumer service was 1! Hotel room was small! Furniture is used and scratched! Towels look like they are 1000 years old (almost gray color from white) you get some shampoo with shower gel in one nothing else. Breakfast is very low quality! Not 4 * for 1-2* is ok! Spoons and dishes are not clean very dirty hallways! Hotel dos NOT provide Any beach towels or spot on the beach! You have to pay 25€ a day for Sun beds and buy your own towels. Super disappointed! Free Wi-Fi is a joke too dos not work well at all! This is not 4*! It’s ok to pay for 1-2* no more than 60$! Would never go back!

Awesome hotel and SPA. Recently reconstructed. 50 meters from the beach. Food was delicious and the buffet was huge. Staff very friendly. I recommend it to everyone!

Well-organized Hotel for a pleasant stay, friendly and attentive staff, sea front room with well-equipped bathroom, daily change of all linen with bathrobes and slippers included; Breakfast buffet sweet and salty, superb, the flagship in my opinion! The only drawback perhaps, if indeed, I must umpegnarmi to look for it, the spa a little ' small and below expectations, in relation to everything else… CMQ warmly recommended for good value for money.

We were guests for one night at the hotel. Great location in front of the beach. Clean room with everything you need. Good breakfast We did not have train to try the spa, but it is very nice. Only flaw in the lack of parking as it was all already full.

Located on the seafront, a short walk away and you can find shops, pubs and footers. Council rooms with sea view… in the morning it is very nice to see the sun get up from the water. Some dust on the bedside tables, balcony railing still dirty from the sand rain of last week. Breakfast in the norm of a 4 star, staff in the room fast and courteous. I'll be back.

You find the waitresses in your room if mess a minute to get out of the room! In addition they accepted booking for full board and only the Giorbo after they remembered to tell me that the kitchen was closed the Giorbo after. I intsnto I paid for full board!

Spa with heated swimming-pool, sauna, Turkish bath and mini-gym quite equipped. There are showers and bathrooms and a mini buffet with fruit and a few varieties of tea. The emotional showers weren't working. Nice rooms. Breakfast was good Friendly Reception and hotel near the sea.

I spent a day and a night in this hotel with my wife. The room was beautiful and comfortable sea views, clean and well furnished. There was also all the kit available for the spa. The spa is very nice, well stocked and assisted, especially the heated pool. The only flaw was the sauna that did not regulate the temperature well. The staff were friendly and solicitous. I would recommend it for a relaxing weekend.

I booked into this hotel as it offers several booking offers some of which include access to the spa. The décor is modern, staff friendly and helpful. The spa offers several options including indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, gym, emotional shower and you have the option to request a massage but pay an extra. The room I booked had balcony with sea views; Clean and fragrant room. Comfortable bed! Breakfast included in some options. Breakfast opens with a rich and quantitatively right buffet that offers salty or sweet foods going to meet everyone's habits. Hotel that I highly recommend to spend a few days relaxing!

Hotel with clean rooms though not too spacious. The SPA is not supervised sufficiently: staff absent, no one at the SPA reception to assist customers if needed. Good breakfast buffet.

Hotel was OK. Poor customer service in both arrival and departure unfortunately — only one staff member on duty, and on both occasions kept us waiting a very long time while they were on the phone, with no hint of an apology when the calls finally ended.

We just finished the bridge stay for the immaculate and… We already want to go back. Modern Hotel, clean, fantastic rooms, present any comfort! Qualified, cordial Staff, present to compensate for every need. We recommend it to everyone. Not To be missed.

Hotel is beautiful. Location super right on the beach … Swimming pool small and does not smell good, wellness area is open from 3 pm as you have to add €15 per person and children are banned from there … Garage available when additional parking is available outside the door for c. A. €6am per day … Rooms not very large, are cleaned daily, bed cozy. Towels available in the room and sometimes wellness area. Breakfast is up 7-11 on the 1 floor, as buffet actually great choice is missing more often something … but everything really delicious … from ruhreiers to cakes and sparkling wine … fresh bread and Riccota cheese … Coffee is freshly prepared on request … Restaurant open in the evening in the house on the ground floor daily.

The rooms are OK, but are already in some places of cosmetic repair, the view from the window is chic!

The hotel is nice, but there is a mistreatment: Dirty window in the room. It's a pity that the pool works only up to three.

Good structure, in good location facing the sea, which it reaches with the ground to cross a road. In the end position between Rimini and Riccione. The kitchen is good, the place is well kept, clean, the only thing that we personally did not like and the fact that in some evenings like gala, I have the theme night, it was decided to make the dining area has table service, but buffet. In my humble opinion this is a treatment that you can find in a 3 star hotel, certainly not in a 4 star hotel. For the rest I would say that for those who do not look at this type of situations it is a good hotel to consider. However, I reiterate 3 stars yes, 4 no, absolutely not.

I don't recommend you eat little and badly, for the price that it costs, funny is very poor, and also breakfast very poor, no choice, never stay there again never.

We stayed the first week of August at the Hotel due Mari, having already had the opportunity to spend the holiday in the 2 other Hotels of the Family Pedrelli. Also this time the experience was fantastic: the Hotel pays attention to detail, very welcoming, spotlessly clean, Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Located 30 metres from the sea, just cross the road to get Your feet in the sand. You eat from God! The only small "flaw", the swimming pool is located a little bit in the shade during the morning and the drain in the bathroom a bit noisy. We highly recommend the Hotel to everyone and we hope to return soon!

I put two stars for location and cleanliness. We start from the fact that the photo found in the internet were made at least 5 years ago. The Wi-Fi access with full coverage I don't found it! The room is not repainted for over a decade, ignoring the smears and marks on the walls, the ceiling — "white" is gray. The air conditioner (stayed in. At night you could not leave it on for the noise. But the peaceful silence nn is the sciaquone toilet is in the bathroom with the ceiling sagging lose, and then charge all night and keep you company. The kitchen is passable, but in my opinion not 4 star. To be objective one cannot omit that the staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel provides good services, leaving the bike rickety. Maybe after a beautiful renovation in keeping with the rules of federalberghi, it could really become a true 4 star hotel.

Hotel a few steps from the sea, just across the street. I was in the room with sea view. Great view and room a bit small but sufficient. I liked the spa, well managed. Breakfast good. Overall good value for money. Good quality.

Camera con vista mare davvero molto bella, pulita e arredata bene, magari un po' piccola ma comunque vivibile, bel balconcino dove abbiamo trascorso bel tempo. La SPA ha piscina di una decina di metri riscaldata, sala relax, sauna, bagno turco, doccia emozionale, angolo the e tisane, gestita bene e con una atmosfera rilassante. Personale disponibile.

Hotel splendid from every point of view. Cleaning, cooking, courtesy, hospitality. … the legendary family Balducci is working 24 hours a day because the guest feel comfortable in every moment!

I have been there for the first time last year and I was fine… good food, beautiful comfortable rooms and wonderful staff not to mention the owner always very available… this year we return.

Price/quality ratio is correct. Decent breakfast. The good kind.
