Hotel offers nice personal services super kind nothing to say has a single mole the restaurant is not there for those who come late must get married! You can hear the train a lot.

My husband and I loved this place! as soon as we left the hotel we started thinking about another date! even for one night we found an impeccable welcome. Friendly and helpful staff, brand new rooms, well appointed and above all very very very clean! as well as clean and bright all other environments. From the area with the two large and relaxing pools to the breakfast room. Very useful bike rental service that the property offers for free and that allowed us to reach the center and viale ceccarini in a few minutes! It was a short weekend for us and yet we relaxed a lot! Highly recommended!

Camera pulitissima, ampia, bagno molto comodo, posizione ottima per visitare le attrazioni vicini, staff eccellente, piscina e idromassaggio da provare, colazione ricca e per tutti I gusti. Da provare per credere. Più che consigliato visto anche il prezzo.

We were very pleased during our visit. The location is very good and for pre-season the area is not very crowded. The staff is very friendly and we really liked the room, as well as the other ambience. Even the pools were very good! We definitely recommend it further!

Located a short 4 minute walk to the beach in a quiet area. Rooms are medium sized, modern and well looked after. Staff are very helpful and happy to deal with any queries. Overall a great stay.

Super colorful, super lively, super nice all, super breakfast, super cleanliness (and I speak from a lot but very meticulous in the way of hygiene…), super stay though short, super pool, super tranquility! Everything super… even the huge "vain" shower… Already… because it's not a cabin. But another room in itself!

Hotel once, striking, modern and very appreciated.
Nice and polite availability good, common areas very clean and tidy, our room spotless and shower really great.
Very large pool and functional, waiting to fix up the adjacent spaces.

We stayed for 2 weeks in June 2009 at this 2-star family-run hotel, situated in a quiet residential area almost midway between Riccione and Rimini, close to the railway line.
The speedy passage of the train did not bother and indeed the place couldn't appreciate above all remoteness from the main road. We had had previous experience with the most central hotels in Riccione, where at night you could not sleep because of traffic noise at any time (here you slept! ) In the area there are several locations but the music came pretty attenuated.
The strength of the hotel is certainly the large swimming pool at the back. You could probably improve the children's play equipment, which would be preferable — for children — do not hold separate fenced area at the pool. Outer space is not missing and probably you could make better use of. There is a private parking, but still no shortage of parking spaces in the area.
The beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot: the plant is well kept and managed and also offers Wi-Fi on the beach. The Centre of Riccione, 2-3 km, can be reached with the hotel's bicycles (free), and also Rimini is not far off. Rimini's thermal baths are less than 1 km walking distance.
The hotel service, fairly basic, is appropriate to the category; the management (family) is attentive and friendly and the rooms are clean.
