Also this year my husband and our one and a half year old daughter stayed at the Ambassador Hotel for our holidays. Very good kitchen, staff always available for any need and the new spectacular SPA. We hope to return to the prox year as well.

Two weeks from 5 star hotel… and 3 of them we were fine. Room super clean, and the staff is superlative for kindness and friendliness. What more can I say? 50 mt. From the sea, quiet area and close to the spa. In the heart of Riccione, a gem of a hotel. Thanks to Marcello our waiter, always attentive, precise, friendly and very helpful.

We have been in this hotel last week for 4 days. The welcome and friendliness are the order of the day. The kitchen and great and the cleaning impeccable. We had booked the suite olympus. The room is beautiful, and new, only flaw is the dimensions are a bit small compared to how you discerned from the photos. Not on the sea but the beach is a few minutes walk. Perfect location, close to the spas a short walk from the sea from the parking lots and practically on the pedestrian boulevard. Solitaire and always pleasant simplicity and courtesy Romagna from all the staff. Buffet kitchen of appetizers and breakfast possibility to choose at the moment between at least 3 first and as many seconds always all yummy. The cleanliness of the property is always excellent in each of its parts from the pool to the rooms. It's the second time I'm a customer and it definitely won't be the last.

Nothing to say, I was really pleased! The rooms are clean and tidy. The food is outstanding! There is a lot of variety of appetizers, side dishes, first and second, the pastries are yummy and breakfast as well. We were greeted by everyone with kindness and a lot of sympathy. The location is perfect because it is very little from the sea. In the evening, it takes just a few steps to take a walk between shops and bars. Really happy!

Laura and her staff welcomed us for the second time as if we were at home, their kindness and welcome and unsurpassed. The quality of the food and the variety make the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Beautiful white dinner evening by the pool with final bathroom and exceptional buffet. You really have to prove it. I recommend it.

We stayed at this 4 night hotel for the Bridge of April 25, 2018 I my husband is our 4 year old daughter when I arrived I was sick about the room: clean new but small bathroom (since the predictions were nice and we would not have been in the room except for a D Tranquility Lounge revitalizing and to sleep my husband had booked the standard room with all inclusive formula) but within a few hours all the staff and in particular Louis (the wonderful gentleman who takes care of the room for all meals) impressed me in positive for kindness and the D I recommend it to all families with children the food is great the location great and the value for money great, we will definitely go back!

The kindness, friendliness and professionalism of the Romagna, is well known… but right now I am writing from the living room of this hotel and I guarantee you that they deserve a 100 and praise starting from the sweet Alessia, from the animator Giulia who entertains The little guests, from the waiters to the lady of the rooms Cristina, from the irreplaceable Alessandro and the very good Chef who with his professionalism makes even the simplest dish unique! and all the staff! Located in a great location, fantastic the heated pool, friendly and professional staff, maybe a bit pricey but worth the expense. Recommended.

The Hotel Ambassador is located in the central area, very close to the Gramsci and San Martino streets. It is about 200 meters from the sea. It has a heated pool and half blanket. The rooms are spacious, clean and recently refurbished. They have a balcony and air conditioning. The food is great and is entirely buffet: from appetizers to dessert. This allows you to eat what you want quickly because you don't need to be waited to be served by the waiters. For lunch and dinner there are many types of appetizers and vegetables: different salads of sea and carpaccio of fish, huge variety of cooked and raw vegetables. The chef serves at the time first and second, always present fish dishes. Buffet also fruits and pastries. Breakfast is abundant fresh and dry fruit, homemade cakes and biscuits etc. All the staff are very polite and friendly especially with the kids. There is an entertainment service at lunch and dinner time.

I've known this hotel for years. The treatment is always great. Excellent and plentiful cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness at the top. When I go to Riccione it is my point of reference.

I was in this hotel for the May 1 bridge with my family. We had a great time in every respect… but the best surprise was definitely the kitchen! Extensive choice of appetizers, vegetables, fruits and buffet cakes… but also for the first courses and the second dishes there was spoilt for choice… and as if it were not enough very kind and always very helpful to satisfy any extra request for our 3-year-old.
I also ate very well at other 3-star hotels in Riccione, but at the moment, the Ambassador beats them all!
The buffet formula with flexible hours, personally, I find it really comfortable.
Pleasantly surprised also by the aperitif offered, not simple chips and olives, but real tasty appetizers!
For children there is also a girl who entertains them during meals and a very nice playroom.
Unfortunately, due to a bit windy days, we did not use the pool (although some daredevils were there).
The staff, everything, very nice and always helpful.
If I have to be fussy and make a criticism (which I hope will be constructive), the room was a little small, but with modern furnishings, functional and very clean… all in all we were there very little in the room and it went well too!
Given my super positive experience I highly recommend it, indeed I hope to be back for another occasion!

Hotel with warm and comfortable rooms with new décor. Courtesy, professionalism and attention to the customer are at a higher level. Parking at 500 Mt. Located about 80 meters and 10 minutes walk from Viale Ceccarini. Restaurant with buffet service and flexible timetable. Overall very good price quality.

I went to work, I had a room on the fourth floor with sea view; recently renovated, modern with elegant décor. The bathroom was especially nice with a large shower. So great!
As for the food, I could only do breakfast … There was a mixed buffet but no fruit.

I read the comment on the rooms of the Hotel ambassador … I didn't find it that bad, they are clean and new ones are very nice and comfortable. I was there at Easter … the staff is so nice and very helpful, there is an air of home and the service is great. I recommend it to friends! Hello to all the Staff!
