Hotel Kiss I would say like at home, super pampered by all the staff and the owners of the house Rossella and Daniele.
Comfortable, clean hotel and great food.
Highly recommend for those who have children, managed very carefully.

We stayed 4 days at this property. The owners are fantastic, discreet and at the same time always available to chat, in a way always polite and sympathetic. Clean, simple and functional rooms, well-maintained and always manicured common parts of the hotel, exquisitely sought-after common room décor, a mix of vintage and modern, well composed and a playroom for children of all walks of all pastimes. Staff with gentle manners and hand, uncast and always very polite… what to say, how to stay at home… comes to think that I have stayed with friends rather than hoteliers. It will become the hotel of our holidays… thank you Rossella and Daniele and thanks to the staff.

Choosing a hotel on the Riviera Romagnola is a challenge. This was a very pleasant surprise in all and everything! Scarlett and her husband Daniele have put on a cozy and friendly property that makes you feel better than at home: great food, hearty and genuine, impeccable cleanliness, attentive and friendly staff. 5 truly unforgettable days! Excellent 3 star hotel, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness are the strong point. Varied menu and abbonante with an attention to detail to children with a dedicated menu. Games space outside and inside for The small ones really well-researched. Close to the sea with a was modern, clean and the pine forest that separates it from the sea. Great for vacation with children, the only "defect" to the sink size. Renovated and modernized, congratulations to the property.

More than a hotel is a family, kindness, courtesy, cheerfulness from everyone. Great and hearty food, cleaning everywhere. Very recommended. We'll be back.

Hotel in a very quiet location (Zadina) away from the cesenatico center suitable for those who do not like the chaos and make morning. Strengths : near the sea you are no 50 meters, cleanliness, friendliness and kindness of all the staff. Flaws: the kitchen did not satisfy me at all, abundant but not of quality. Price overall a bit high!

Child-friendly hotels. Everyone is available, owners, waitresses, animators. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Great food. As soon as possible we will be back. We had a really good time.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending two weeks off at this property.
We had a great time, the staff were always ready to meet us in all our needs and always with a smile, good cuisine with balanced portions and a large buffet of vegetables, very clean rooms as well as the property in general, there is also a mini-club service that we greatly appreciate. There is also a beautiful outdoor pool and a rather equipped games room, the beach is a short walk from the property a five-minute walk through the pine forest.
We hope to still spend our holidays at this hotel and that we strongly recommend to those who want to spend a serene holiday with their family.

Scarlett and Daniele make you feel in the family, small hotel but with all the comforts, excellent cuisine, going to the kiss is always a pleasure.

Experience above expectations! Very quiet location at the end of a closed road, and convenient for those who have children. You reach the sea in 5 minutes, crossing the pine forest. Bicycles are available, even with child seats, ideal for walks in the pine forest or to reach Cesenatico via the bike path. Great cleanliness, kindness and smiles from all the staff, good also the kitchen. Very attentive to the youngest, both with regard to the possibility of a dedicated menu, and for the presence of play areas both outdoors and indoors.

In Cesenatico is the place where I found the best ever, food fantastic, owners and staff very welcoming. Super recommended.

It's a good 3 star hotel and priceworthy. However, I wish the room would've been slightly more furnished with a carpet instead of the current stone floors which give a harder feel.

Strategic location, close to the sea near Cesenatico, a stone's throw from Milano Marittima. Hotel management organized to the customer's well-being, clean and tidy premises. For families with children entertainment possibilities for children 8 hours a day. Always fresh food and abundant buffet with variety of cooked and raw vegetables. The owners have a cordial kindness to which you can not resist.
