Fantastic hotel, after all it is a 5 star.
Of course it is not within everyone's reach, services and gorgeous place but it makes you pay as right as it is.

Unique place, beauty and luxury fused in an impeccable way, kind and professional staff, excellent food.

You expect the best because it promises the best… the experience, however, tells me that it is good never to take everything for granted. Stars and ratings are not always guarantees. Here everything instead is magnificent the professionalism and welcome of the staff, the high quality of the kitchen with impeccable room service and above all The smiles that beyond the stars are the great reason that invites me to return. Excellent!

We spent our wedding anniversary was truly magical, everything is perfect. The view from the hotel room, very clean, buffet a dream and the spa and the masseuses exceptional…

Very nice hotel, with a very high level of services and professionalism of all the staff. Impressive the choice available for the breakfast. Very nice the pool area. It is also avaible a beach. Finally, the SPA is also top rating, with a beatiful area open to all customers that includes pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Overall it fully deserves the 5 stars rating. Absolutely recommended.

Great SPA experience. Cleanliness, service and courtesy. Refreshment Area next to the swimming pool benserved. Only downside the flip flops that give you microscopic measurement.

Very good location Spacious and cozy rooms. Small flaws that you don't expect from a 5-star… Double bed consisting of two single, single bath products set (in Double room).

I stayed at this hotel on a work trip with some colleagues. We had the hotel assist us in shipping some gifts we had recieved while in Italy, but also gifts we had bought for loved ones. We made it very clear that the contents were made of glass and ceramic, and that they would have to be wrapped thoroughly prior to shipment. I think you can see clearly by the picture attached, little to no effort was put in to wrapping our parcels. Imagine recieving that in the post. It took a few days, countless phonecalls and flood of emails for the situation to be acknowledged, and very little empathy was shown in response. Its been about a month, and we have yet to be compensated for their carelessness.

DISGUSTING — Horrific Hotel & Customer Service — Don't stay Myself and 2 other colleagues (one of whom has shared their experience below) stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks back. We had asked the hotel to ship some valuables for us, which they happily agree to do. Some of the good were fragile and we insisted in the clearest terms just how delicate the items were, that they would specifically be required to use bubble wrap, and lots of padding to avoid breakages. They confirmed that they would. All of our items turned up broken in pieces. Some of which were of real sentimental value personally and it was very disheartening to receive our shipments like this, notwithstanding the monetary value. Nothing was packaged with any kind of padding, or bubble wrap. Glass & ceramic was wrapped once in newspaper and all of it was shattered. The hotel were careless and irresponsible in their handling of our valuable items. Since this, we have reached out to the hotel numerous times to implore them resolve the matter. They have evaded responsibility at every single turn, not replied to emails, denied everything, pushed us from pillar to post and outrightly lied to us! They have not made one single gesture of apology, or any attempt to show they are remotely interested in assisting us. Furthermore, they booked us a car for 12 hours, of which we only used 6 but were charged the full amount.

I loved my stay at the Grand Hotel Da Vinci, the beautiful and elegant accents of Versace are in every corner, bathrooms with multicolor showers lights and bathtubs with relaxing whirlpool to end your day in a perfect relaxation. The spa, the gym, the outdoors, everything immaculate! the staff at the front desk, restaurants, and bars where always available and offering a solution to every request. Beach and shopping a few steps away, everything makes this hotel the perfect stay.

Additional review, stayed two night fall 2017, still a superb hotel even though ocean was to windy for morning swim. Breakfast buffet is still great. This is a awesome hotel in the heart of Cesenatico. Walking to their private beach took less than 2 minutes. Great parking. Great restaurants for seafood everywhere nearby. Really recommend La Baia. Staff is friendly, helpful and very nice, speaking good English. Rooms are great, clean and luxury. Pool area is beautiful and cosy. Bar has lokal beer on bottle among other great drinks. Breakfast buffe offers everything I need and more and I ordered and got really good cappuccino. Would love to come back to Cesenatico and Grand Hotel da Vinci… Second stay now, still awsome hotel, astonishing breakfast and nice beach.

Unfortunately, my comments are not positive. I know the wellness center and this hotel since they opened and I have always frequented the spa being a lover of the industry, I have always been good until last winter where they started to be shortcomings, but all the acceptable up last Monday. I booked well in advance a generous appetizer and spa to celebrate my bachelorette party in peace, and on the recommendation of the staff of the centre I and my ispiti we were in advance in order to be able to access the its to the 18. I have to say that I paid in advance a bottle of choice to the paper to 17, 15, and before 17, 50 we were served. The waiter brought us another wine, saying that it was similar and cost the same (but I have not been able to verify) I are recommended to inform the Spa that it is not our fault there was a delay, hoping to be able to make my 2 and a half hour at a fixed price I would have paid and instead while the wine opened and not served is left in the sun several minutes (there was a table in the shade next to ours) I was told that there was no problem but at 21 we were supposed to be already dry and docciate and dressed (outside the centre).

I performed a couple SPA, which have a duration of 2:30h. The Secretary recommends the only time available for the 18:30, but unfortunately the SPA closed completely at 21:00, as a result we had to be in the locker room no later than 20:15. The SPA from 2:30h reduced thereby to 1:45. Very friendly and clean place. 2 Unique flaws: the "banquet" practically empty compared to what is shown in the various photos and descriptions of the route; Instead the management of the locker room left to be desired as my fiancee had to wait for a dozen girls to end up showering (there was only one shower in the female locker room in question) with a consequent delay on Subsequent appointments of the day. I think I highly recommend the SPA route, maybe in uncrowded days such as not on Saturday, early afternoon even better.

Staff made this place service at hotel excellent, also has an amazing bike room for looking after and SERVICING your bike, amazing never came across such a room before, stands/tools/oils etc, the restaurant is also very solid but hard to rate as we were there 4 times. Food good but twice appalling service and twice exceptional, I guess it must just be personality based — but probably pays to speak italian when ordering food.

Location estremamente lussuosa e professionale. Ambiente molto luminoso e servizio cordiale.

The Spa is spacious, welcoming and equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage pool, a lounge and dining area. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Only attended the new year's Eve, beautiful experience and service always courteous and helpful.

The best Hotel in Cesenatico. 5 stars.

Wonderful fairy tale …

Take a good look at the cancellation, I have erased nearly a month before and charged me even meals, then clearing for the room and also cancellation for meals. I understand about the room but for meals seem excessive, personally I will never see.

I had the opportunity to attend the opening ceremony and realize an event the following year. I think adjectives like beautiful, comfortable, luxurious are like a bowl of soup for a population fed, cheap! The top comfort in Romagna! To visit, stay and try the Spa;).

Just great.
