"Studio" Lunch to see if the place could do to our chance on the occasion of the Communion of the small house planned for the next May.
Very nice place, intimate, cared for, offering pleasant glimpses of the first hills. Way to get a little tight… but it's not their fault.
Right paper, neither too short nor too long. Off the menu interesting, but always in context with the structure. Wine list appropriate to the target that you are given with labels of the territory worthy of note.
Service at the Fulmicotone although the place was full.
What did we get…
1chopping of salami and cheese, 1 treatment of bovine with goat and misticanza, all accompanied by hot piada, fried dumpling and homemade bread tasting. All good, even the hardest of my daughters liked the treat, just for degreasing meat and serving temperature.
1 noodle with ragù; Thick noodles and rich and greasy gravy as tradition and pleasure want.
1 ravioli with spinach on cream of pumpkin and fossa… homemade pasta, delicate stuffing, cream of pumpkin soft and lovable, ditch tasty but not pungent… Also in this case the pleasure, the taste was fully satisfied.
2 Strozzapreti with black cabbage pesto and fresh-air sausage salami, very good. (It was one of the off menu) 2 mixed grills with slices of grilled salami, sausage, bacon, chicken breast, ribs and pork cup chops.
Baked potatoes and gratin vegetables.
2 tenerine Cakes 1 Soup English 1 Castagnola made with chestnut flour on persi coulis and vanilla cream.
2 litres of carbonated water 1 bottle of dried Albana Cantina Zavalloni Stefano di Madonna dell'olivo… a marvel…
2 coffees and bitters.
Total 133… I paid a lot more and ate worse and much less in the rooms much more jocks and trendy.
Moral of the Fable: come out very satisfied and with the reservation in hand.
I highly recommend it, for us it was a grits and pleasant first time… but from here to May we come back again!
