All very friendly. Clean, cosy and well-equipped environments.

Fine! The place is clean and the staff friendly… We had a really good time!

Well kept retro décor but in a double was present only a sample of soap for two people, and the shutter was broken not pulled down.

I had a great time very clean and very nice owners breakfast from God…

Far from the center, the tiny ferry that connects it to the center and that crosses the canal is operational until 21. Then it takes the car. My room was tiny with no fridge nor air conditioning. The safe is for a fee. I found the faucets that throughout the water leaked so copious. A small bathtub with which it was complicated to even take a shower. Retro Hotel, just like you Publicizzano "a hotel like hostel" Just got it right. Surely there are better hotels in Cesenatico, but the price paid for this hotel makes you pass over to the gaps it has. Recommended for those who do not have claims.

The rooms are clean and more welcoming, good breakfast.
There is no kitchen but we had the possibility to choose between different partner restaurants at good prices and good quality.

Recently returned from vacation, hotel let it down unfriendly owners pay little attention to the clientele to be avoided.

About 2 years ago I was at the Devon well 2 times a year in June and August. To forget the rooms are old 70 years, the poor service beach umbrella and Beach had to pay out of Pocket even if on the internet says all included. One evening I returned a little later and I was off while not been informed before the Hotel did not have a Concierge service. Come respected only if you pay and shut up.

We have booked Devon 2 weeks all inclusive in the hotel. This means: drinks only during the time periods (selection: water with/without gas, 2 types of lemonade, 2 types of cheap wine), 2 = from 12 sun loungers and umbrella from 6th row (determined every day by the lifeguard and that was for families with small children not necessarily from 12 Sun, but further from the sea, very inappropriate), entry to water park (one had to at the front desk in advance sign up for specific time, to the Park to run about 30-40 min), parking (it is seen in the photo, what for a if you would like to make a trip, had one depending on the pitch, if not to find are behind / beside parked. ) Room was very small, shower drain in the floor.
