➜ The experience at the hotel started really bad, with a parking lot that we had to be there and instead it was remote.
The rooms have no fridge, which is quite atypical given where it is located. Only with an increase of 9 euros could you use a "plus" room.
Old-fashioned 19-inch TV. Basically it was like looking in a 14" with horrible quality. Phone in the room buzzing for his cabbages.
Dust everywhere. The cleanliness in our say was quite questionable (photos attached).
On the second day we were diverted breakfast to another hotel at 100mt.
The main light of the room was totally inadequate.
The staff at some times friendly, in others quite moody.
Management took over in July, but that is certainly not acceptable. I wouldn't suggest it right now. If the exterior is pleasant, the services offered are not.
The good things: the bathroom, apart from cleaning, was the most pleasant thing.
The towel change was on time.
Negative things:
No real convention with the beach.
The temporary mini parking space that destroys cars. The elevator that's a miracle it works.

➜ I won't go back even if it was the last hotel available in Catholic. We booked a family member for 4 people and they provided us with a room in very bad condition, dirty and furnished as a one-star hotel at most. Cobwebs in every corner, floor full of dirt, drawers full of sand and stained sheet covers. There is no hot water unless you open the faucet at the same time, the bulbs are not enough to illuminate the rooms and the view was depressing to say the least. All this obviously causes discontent among those staying but here is the icing on the cake: the staff. A rude and rude owner, incompetent and menefreghist. The only people who save themselves in there are the ladies at the front desk who have proved themselves available. The service was included in breakfast but also proved disappointing and miserable, the very bad quality brioches, malfunctioning coffee machine, jam extractors always empty, tables insufficient to accommodate all the guests of the hotel (i waiters prepare the table if it is to be used).
Having said that, I confirm that it was a huge disappointment and I attach the photos to you to prove it.

Structure with potential.
That's what's good. Going beyond the facade, we find, an elevator in which to pray not to remain closed; dust and little care of the hygiene of the rooms; very poor lighting, with arranged furniture; no fridge bar, to keep the water bottles cool. In the online sale of the hotel, one learns of the presence of a ghost parking lot, which materializes with 2 parking spaces on the sidewalk, after risking losing the fender; those who do not fall into the 2 "lucky" will have to park in a parking agreement.
To further lose credibility in the management, there was also the choice for a single day, to move guests to another structure to ensure breakfast, with a small notice, place the same morning. Breakfast that was then prepared in the hotel, with bar service for liquids, the next day, and then return to self-service even these, in the following days… Breakfast that looked more like an animation game than a service offered.
