➜ We went back, same beach same sea same hotel.
We have just checked out of this Hotel, we cancelled our last night due to the price they charge for the extra occupancy per person it’s extortionist to say the least. The hotel is definitely not worth the money, it reminds me of the hotel in the shining! (apart from there is no snow) the decor is very very dated the room was small, the breakfast were nothing to write home about, Wi-Fi not in room, poor hairdryer, smelt very musty in the room, the air con was so noisy that you could even hear the noisy kids running down the corridors, (it was like an old night storage heater, it didn’t keep the room cool at all,! ) Every member of staff we spoke to at the reception we, very rude. (There manner was very off hand and not helpful at all), We are now being charged for a night stay we cancelled, we were told by a member of staff (lady) that we could cancel and get the money back but the front of house staff are now saying we can’t, it’s a completely terrible set up, in this hotel. We are now in dispute and hoping our credit card company can get the refund as there member of staff lied to us about the refund. (she understood English well enough), our stay here has been the worst we have ever experienced. We would not recommend it to anyone. Be aware of this before booking this hotel.
