Clean, comfortable, nice stuff, near to the city center just 300m by walk also near to the railway station and the breakfast is normal I recommend it.

The vision of the external structure does not present itself in the best way, being old-fashioned, but as soon as you enter the inside you immediately notice the difference. The hotel is very nice, modern and classic. The rooms are large and the beds soft, but most of all you notice that the rooms are well maintained and clean. But what really matters to me is the friendliness of the employees. In these 5 days they have been very kind to help us in our every request and information about the city.

No empathy from one of the employee at the concierge may destroy the quality of the service received… client shall be served and just keeping saying no does not help. Try to check the way your staff receives clients.

I was a guest of the hotel for a weekend of work with a group of people. The property is clean and tidy with well-organized rooms with every convenience. The style may be affected by the years but overall beautiful structure. The courtesy of the staff, especially the receptionists both during the day and night hours, and the hearty, well-maintained buffet breakfast is served in an elegant setting. The location close to the old town is very comfortable and just a step away from the station, at night the traffic around the hotel is very small and not at all noisy. It is very easily located parking, on weekends even without tiket.

Great value for money, although the impact in the lobby, was not the best, it looked dated and scruffy, once in the room I thought again. Good size, shower, view (place the photo). Dear indeed expensive breakfast is that in fact we decided not to do. The poor receptionist in addition to working alone, also had to do evening and morning, because there was her on our arrival at 7pm and always her in the morning at 9… Very nice and professional.

Great location for train and very close to the center within walking distance in a few minutes. Breakfast good but nn exceptional hot drinks only with distributor. Restaurant very expensive A few meters you can find many alternatives. Free bike rental… Very heavy and old: recommended to a rather young audience. Nn you expect the staff to take your suitcase from the room to the hall… NN is authorized.

We were at the hotel on April 18 05 to 21st 05, 2018. Parking in front of the hotel. Great idea with the big minibar in the lobby. The bed was really big. Otherwise normal standard.

Very central Hotel, the rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. The breakfast is more than discreet.

Good hotel in pretty much downtown, but the furnishings are particularly dated, they would need a modernization.
The breakfast, when not included in the night rate seemed too expensive, 15 euros per person.

Relatively old fashioned hotel. Location close to the train station was convenient but the town is not very big to make this worth staying again.

Accessible entrance and elevators (very rare here). Kind, friendly staff. Clean decent sized rooms. Not very distinctive, much like any other business hotel. Adequate American-ish breakfast. Don't bother with the restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is great with the typical NH standards. The frontdesk is amazing. Marco welcomed us with a surprise and his warmest smile! That really made our stay exceptional. The room was great, nice accomodation and very spacious. We will be back!

Good reception and service according to what was expected.

Small but clean room. Nice friendly reception. Breakfast is not labish but good. 5 mins walk from Ravenna station and near thr town areas. Old lifts taking long time to climb up but still ok. Recommended.

Very good accommodation. Although I don't love the Neo classic style, the hotel deserves for attention to the guest, I would like to remind Giorgia at the front desk, an excellent guest relation. But the availability and courtesy and also in the housekeeping industry. Comments to all, maybe in my opinion a weak point the breakfast improves, much variety but very commercial, lacking the artisan flavors of this land.

Friendly and well organized hotel. Clean and friendly staff and always helpful. Comfortable Quality indoor restaurant service at modest prices. Great location near the city center.

A very good surprise that this NH of Ravenna, especially compared to other NH.
Charming staff, free upgrade, free parking or very cheap if there is more room in front of the hotel, perfect breakfast and centered location.
Room spotless but still no downs (at least choice) and a mattress a little soft for my taste, but it's personal…

We are not usual write reviews but this hotel deserves it!
My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for the Immaculate Bridge. Attached to the train station and a stone's throw away from the historic centre all on foot. It is not a modern but extremely clean and elegant structure. The staff were very helpful and we were very helpful. We also won as guests of the day and received a better room all too spacious!
Large and varied buffet breakfast included, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants of all kinds and the Wi-Fi is good. We will definitely be back here or at another NH hotel! Thanks a lot yet.

Too noisy. The noise from the bathrooms adjoining the room is more important than its bathroom!
Poorly insulated for outside noises.

I have already been to this property for work and I can confirm the very central location. Clean and well appointed rooms. Restaurant definitely above the norm for a hotel. Excellent fish dishes. The. Reception always friendly and attentive to the needs of the clientele!

Hotel is nicely located between the rail station and city center. Rooms are spacious (except the entry level one, quite small) and modern, staff friendly. Price can be on the upper side, but it's NH chain and overall an enjoyable stay.

Despite that it is a non very modern hotel, it is really good. Its ubication (near to rail station and center of city), cleaning and staff are the main positive points to choose it.

Simple and complete service, always cordial and efficient, recommended for both an evening and for prolonged periods, also thanks to the location, you reach almost everything in Ravenna in a short time.

Excellent room and the customer service provided by the front of house staff was exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay and will be returning soon.

The hotel is a mix of a really nice and really cheap. The rooms are small with a nice feel and flat-screen TV, but you can see the edges of the wallpaper (and for some reason they have triangular mirrors…). Wifi is mediocre. My bathroom runs hot water very slowly, but apparently that's just my room. The restaurant food is very good. Close to the main plaza.

Nice hotel, frindly staff, good location. Internet is sloooooooooooow — not ok for such hotel.

Near the station, good food, and one girl named Serena is very kind… She helped me to booked the taxi, and give me some advice to visit the good cities nearby.

I've only been a night with my family, but we have treatment amazing despite the problem of language. The location, despite not being centered properly said of the city, this very well.

The hotel is in an ideal location. Parking in front of hotel. Downtown, venues and facilities located close by. Train station at 200 metres.

Stayed in this hotel as a member of a group tour and the set menu we were served was, mashed potato, stewed peas and (because I'm a vegetarian) an omelete obviously made from rubber — The service was gruff and bordering on contempt. Beverage (TEA) was extra and an order for milk was ignored. Not a jolly place.
