It was super hard bed, in evening was very slowly internet, walls and doors are super thin — I heard very good how people talking, when somebody closed doors, then I woke up (and I am always sleeping with ear plugs! ), two days was no hot water, in the room wasn't glasses, fork, spoon and knife, fridge didn't worked — when I asked to change at first day, then personal said he will change next day, but after 7 nights they didn't changed fridge (in reception said 50% fridges doesn't work).

Large parking and gas station near the hotel. Booked room for 2 nights. Friendly and smiling staff. Room of modest size, but equipped with air conditioner (NOT WORKING… Room temperature in July of 28 degrees), refrigerator (NOT WORKING), bathroom (SPORCO AND WITH CAPELLI IN THE DOCCIA, BIDET AND TABLET OF WC SPORCA), toilet paper (1 roll) and full of dust… the next morning we reported the whole thing to the reception who took note and sent a lady to clean the room (crossed as she walked into the room). Result? On the second night the room featured the air conditioner (NOT WORKING, internal temperature in July 28 degrees! ), refrigerator (NOT WORKING), bathroom (SPORCO AND WITH THE STESS CAPELLI! as from photo), and new entry? SHEETS DON'T CHANGE!. Crumpled and with the same stains as the night before (VEDI PHOTO) and always full of dust. The only positive note? The working TV.
Breakfast with cappuccino that tasted only of water, croissants of paper pesta, juices made with instant powder still all over the bottom). What to say? Discouraged!

There are some beautiful photos on booking, and we just fell for it. The area is horrible, in tone with the rooms. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, decadent atmosphere in the negative sense. I'm afraid for breakfast tomorrow. But the guy at reception is super nice.

Then first thing Photoshop does wonders different photos than the site. Rooms dirty more than half of the broken things like shutters bathroom door handles, smells of smoke in the room, bad service, only good thing is the TV everything else all bad. 3 stars does not deserve them. High Price for what it's worth…

Room with roller shutter with belt and badly. Knotting, in the evening you have to break the knots for you have no light in the room and in the morning to be able to dress, wardrobe does not exist, no drawers X linen and shirts, bathroom with broken shower (to be kept in hand) without box but with curtains for which it allaga everything and you can not put more Ù Foot! reported… I send… my colleague arrives… all teased…,,, to 60 euros in this area and to cover the structure and dearest, experience to forget… who knows how to ask the damage?!

Nightmare Hotel! I don't recommend it to anyone! Very dirty, spiders and ants in the room, and X conclude sheets and dirty blankets.

One of the most lovely Italian hotels in Ravenna and near to the OMC conference and exhibition. It has a very nice staff with high hospitality and lovely soul.

Bad hotel, rooms are small, broken doors, bathroom stinks, stained blankets cleanliness is very poor, furniture is old, I booked a double bed I was given 2 separate single beds, I had also advised that I have a 7 month old baby. In the site it was written that if you want the cradle are €5 additional but when I had asked the front desk I said they are €10. I booked 2 nights but I left the hotel first, only doing one night x the bed which was uncomfortable in the morning I had a beastly back ache. It's a crappy 3 star hotel could be better.

Nice helpful staff, little dated but for the price it's ok. Convenient next to the train station.

I am very disappointed by the attitude of the hotel especially the owner of the hotel and the service. The owner was so impolite with me and my friends. During my stay in the hotel elevator was broken and the front desk said they did not offer help for the luggage and place me in a room on the first floor they made me go up to the fourth floor with all this heavy bagazh. The door of the room was with broken handle, window curtain was broekn too.

The rooms are very small, the lights work hardly, lose more water the shower hose that the shower itself, and minors do not have access to Wi-Fi.

17/18 January I stayed with her husband at the hotel Roma. Although the room was not great I found cleaning the premises, courtesy, kindness and friendliness from the staff. Gigliola.

I'm in charge. We are in a triple and there isn't even room for suitcases.
The room is actually a triple double with an extra bed (sources: the picture that was in the room, not suspended, but in a drawer)
The food was really horrid. Black baked potatoes! fruits, three oranges for everyone. The morning buffet is not as it seems. Nutella to subsidiary and frozen custard
Also the television: mounted in such a way that the bed you see in negative
I won't advice, I gave it one star because the less you couldn't
P. S. If the photos there looks nice, know that it will be a room so beautiful decorated. The others are very small.

3 bedrooms in truth are 2 rooms with an extra bed, the bathroom is awful and even there not even the key. (I published a photo showing a shower without talking Board talking tent)
The only good thing about the food were frozen croissants, cappuccino and latte macchiato for them are the same thing.
For the name year had a great inventiveness and originality.
The photos above are the nicer room.
The buffet is not like the pictures, it is 10 times more hollow, the fruit is verging on the drier sand, the pies are overpriced.
The only thing decent (not more) reception.
Although the price is low is not offset by the service.
Stephen Cannon was also too good.
