The Hotel hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are not the best especially the bathroom, but it is good to eat and the preparations are meticulous.

It is Now a few years that I stay with them. Staff.
Comfortable Environment.
A few meters from the sea.
I found my hotel x the holidays.
And then. Mrs. Teresa is the top. Super very kind and caring. It makes You feel at home. I mean. You could put more stars I would.

Me my wife and my 3 Cats we returned from 15 days after spending a week at this beautiful property. We had a great time (we use this beautiful property for our holidays from 3 years plus 3 years on the occasion of the classic nove colli cycling) that say except that the kitchen is excellent, clean rooms, friendly staff, very nice and welcoming communal spaces, the Lido very nice with friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Teresa and chef Rosary for my vacation. Thank you my 3 cats (Nero, nico and athos) because finding pet friendly hotels asking nothing is not easy. Thank you to all the staff at Astrid. See you again definitely classic in may 2017 during the nine 9 collars and in August for our vacations with our 3 cats. Surely some criticisms won't let me change my mind.

Poor hotel for one, but fundamental reason: rudeness and disrespect. The managers have nothing Romagna, friendliness, hospitality and flexibility are in fact a mirage. The latter, given the huge amount of notices hanging everywhere, which prohibit bringing food to the room from the room, suggesting clothing to wear and much more, is unknown to the 2 managers, to whom I suggest changing attitude. To start with a family-friendly hotel, it can't just be long-lasting milk. It's unacceptable. It's the first time I've ever seen it on the Riviera. When I pointed it out, Mrs. Teresa answered me as if I had asked for donkey's milk! Leaving aside the serious episode of rudeness on the part of her husband, who is used to publicly scolding customers in the middle of the dining room, I conclude by saying that you understand your style already by how you respond to reviews. Embarrassing. Too bad we haven't read them all before. You will still find other detailed reviews of mine everywhere, because I hope that no one else can finance yet two improvised, so inhospitable, like you. The excellent cuisine and sympathy they conquered. Two steps from the pinewood and the sea.

My wife and I spent a week of vacation at the astrid hotel where we found a truly familiar setting. The cosy and clean rooms, the great and abundant cuisine, the sympathy and availability of Ms Teresa and chef Rosario make this hotel an ideal destination for a beautiful holiday. A particular quote goes to the desserts that the chef prepares daily with special quote at the Friday buffet. The beach bathroom with which the hotel collaborates (bath luigi) is really nice with very helpful people. I thank Ms Teresa, Mr Rosario, Arianna, Marco and all the staff who allowed me to take my 2 cats on holiday with me. CONVENIENT, friendly, GOOD FOOD, PRO-kids: the new management of Therese from 2014 has created a very friendly atmosphere and child friendly. As for the meals you eat very well, even a small flexible, viable choice among three first and three seconds, including at least one soup/broth/cream, to request specific dishes for children. Always have at least one meat and one fish to choose from. Recipes sometimes sophisticated and original, always well garnished, you see that the chef likes to satisfy customers. Fruit always fresh and bountiful buffet of fresh vegetables, raw but not cooked in various recipes, I am not a vegetarian but then you would have a choice (though I love Eggplant-Zucchini-onion that I find in various ways). Good desserts too. Excellent romagnola dinner, all with typical local dishes (piada, dips, etc. Until cake to dip in the local sweet wine), I make it once a week. Whenever we asked bis to something I have always given, and they cooked any special requests for one year old son. I also saw handle customers with special dietary requirements (better still ask before booking). The hotel has many rooms, at a guess about thirty that you are fairly quiet in both the dining environment reception-bar-lounge Interior and open space (which includes two swings and playground). The family management is reflected in a very friendly atmosphere with all the staff.
