RMH Modena Raffaello

Great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, very rich and varied, with plenty of sweet and savory options. The rooms are all new, modern, and perfectly clean. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay, the location is a bit far out and an uber was about €20-30, so take this into consideration as I made that mistake. But the room was very large. Had every single thing you’d need. Coffee, bottled water, vanity kits, slippers and dressing gowns etc. It was very clean. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. I appreciated the spacious bathroom and large shower, as well as the comfortable bed and the bright, roomy feel of the entire space. While the location isn’t the most convenient for public transportation, having a car made things easier—especially since we needed parking. We drove to the city center and found organized parking just outside the ZTL zone for only 1.5 euros for two hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and had all the usual devices to make life easy. A few minor niggles, how does one control the extractor fan in the bathroom. The Television constantly told me when I'd adjusted the volume up/down. Do I need audible as well as visual? No not really. There was no way to turn this off apparently. The immediate location around the hotel is sadly a little shabby. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed there only for one night but I wish we did longer. Such a beautiful hotel very clean new and modern. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They have nice bar and restaurant, plenty of parking spots. Love our stay there.

During our recent stay in Modena, we discovered a fantastic hotel that exceeded all our expectations. Though not located in the city center, this hotel proved to be a true hidden gem, offering a blend of modern comfort and exceptional service.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything in the hotel was brand new and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The contemporary décor and attention to detail added to the overall experience, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. Whether you’re a fan of savory dishes, sweet pastries, or a healthy start to the day, the breakfast spread had it all. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable, making it a perfect way to start each morning.
Although the hotel isn’t in the center of Modena, we found this to be a positive aspect. The location provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was easy to reach the main attractions by a short drive, allowing us to enjoy both the vibrant city and a restful environment.
Overall, this hotel in Modena offers a fantastic experience with its modern facilities, outstanding breakfast, and tranquil setting.

Disappointing hotel from top to bottom. We were told we need to check out at 10am instead of 12 as per our booking because of electrical maintenance but weren’t provided any gesture to make up for it. The room itself had an odd smell and the phone didn’t work so we had to call reception from our cell phones. The less said about the breakfast quality the better. Only saving grace is the hotel is new and has a modern design. It also seems like the hotel is mostly empty and the restaurant isn’t fully open yet.

Clean modern rooms. Business hotel in a suburban setting. Great for a stopover-night.

Good location to the ceramic factory.
Clean and calm. Bedding is good.
Service is not good enough.

A renovated and recently inaugurated hotel just at a short distance from the Modena city center.
The hotel is actually new and spotless with spacious, comfortable and soundproofed rooms.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the housekeepers service are fantastic.
Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a reception staff made up of professional, knowledgeable and friendly but above all smiling people. This same friendliness I also received when booking with the back office.
The property boasts a wonderful restaurant, Sottoluce, also open to external public, needless to say it deserves a rating of 10 out of 10, delicious dishes and a starred service. At the hotel Raffaello there is also a bistrot bar "Living Bar Bistrot" with a very pleasant small outdoor part, where you can eat at any time, from hot dishes to sandwiches to piadine, even in this cozy bar the service is extremely efficient and friendly.
A special note should be dedicated to hotel breakfast that presents a rich buffet of fresh sweet and savory dishes.
There is a visible kitchen where extremely kind chefs can prepare dishes on request (from list) on the spot. The best way to start the day thanks to the fantastic waiters who in the morning are already super efficient and smiling.
In short, at the Hotel RMH Raffello what is not missing is the smile, if I could assign a higher score I would do it without hesitation. Congratulations!

I love this hotel! The staff are what makes my experience such a positive one, they mostly know/recognise me now after staying so much recently for work trips. Having that sense of warm welcome always makes me feel special. So, to all the reception staff (and everyone one working behind the bar, the kitchen and serving) thank you very much! You're all superstars!

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffaello hotel for a duration of three nights. As a seasoned business traveler with fifteen years of experience, I must express my utmost satisfaction with the hotel's exceptional cleanliness, delightful breakfast options, and above all, the incredibly kind and attentive staff.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Valentina, who manned the front desk with grace and professionalism. Her beautiful and amazing politeness truly stood out, earning the hotel a well-deserved five-star rating in my book.
Once again, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
