Great 3 night stay in nice residential area outside of Modena city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the hosts were fantastic, offering great breakfast and suggestions for area.

Stayed here as an overnight stop through Italy. Such a warm welcome with excellent recommendations for the centro storico of Modena which is only a short drive away.

Welcoming, well-kept, clean and quiet environment. Very recommended.

We stayed here as a family of 4 during mid April for one night. Firstly, great location close to all the amenities. Secondly, for the price, it ticked all the boxes.

We stayed in a triple room and the manager was wonderful, trying to make our stay as pleasant as he could. Offering help with directions, recomendations for dining and communicating in English.

Helpfull and very friendly staff, coffee upon arrival, and a clean bed with bathroom. What else can you want in a long journey?

It is a 2 star hotel and as such, not too much should be expected. It is a nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff and we enjoyed our short stay.

Me, my partner and my son stayed about a week up and down and welcomed us with open arms as a family all kind to my son too.
All perfect I didn't want to leave anymore.

We have both travelled around the world a lot, and we had an absolutely fantastic stay at the beginning of December '21 at Villa Matildis.

Perfectly fine for a quick overnight. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was free parking, good Wi-Fi, and a close walk to the city center.

Entering the hostel after 11 pm should be easier than ringing and waiting for someone to open because this isn't smooth and you can wait until someone opens.

This was a perfect stay for us. The rooms are very nice bordering on fantastic. The parking is secure and the location is right outside the old city. The communication to check in was fantastic.

Great spot near central Modena and a very good value overall. The room is a good size for the area and has nice features like heated floors and a huge heated towel rack.

Stayed in Modena for a week for a friend’s wedding and stayed here for the entirety of my trip. Great location from the train station and about a 5-minute walk to downtown Modena.

A great place to stay, close to the train station. Also to local attractions.

Perfectly located in downtown Modena just next to the main square. The flat was very clean and the communication with the host was excellent.

We got the Fellini room for a 2 night stay. The apartment is clean and large and Alessio was great to communicate with. We left our luggage for a few hours after checking out without any issues.
