Booked the Royal Suite 3 months in advance for my wedding. Two days earlier, the front desk called saying that that room was not available anymore and they downgraded my booking. They made up 3 different excuses, so it's not a reliable hotel. They were not able to provide the service as booked, so I will avoid going to this chain of hotels in the future and don't recommend it. Seems this is not the first time this hotel does this type of things to clients reading other reviews. The room that they were able to provide the romantic junior suite, was more of 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Bad service and not reliable booking. Mediocre rooms.
