The air conditioning not working in all our 15 rooms of our party windows not opening staff rude when asking about problems breakfast just coffee and 1 cake then try to charge €10 for 1 coffee and 1 piece of bread no meat or cheese then try to charge for bottle of water I brought down that I payed for the night before we went to mc donalds on the sunday as on saterday night at 3.00 when we came in thay had all the bread and cakes out on table ready for the morning with flys all over it would not stay there again was told by staff thay have problems with ants and staff charge what thay want for food and drinks rip off guests all the time.

Horrible.
Room dirty, very small (okay a single, but 3m for 2 and a half! ), tangential view… dirty bathroom, long hair in the bidet, old limestone encrustations on jet shower and shower doors. Water coming out of the faucet, from the bidet and from the white limestone shower… impractical breakfast: decent cappuccino, old croissants, "rejuvenated" with a coat of polishing for sweets, there is nothing salty… I take the second croissant and the staff makes me Joke "very hungry eh" How to make me feel guilty… in short… place old, dirty, out of the way, inadequate (not worth over a star). 46euro single and Breakfast. Not much, but the accommodation was not worth even those (few) money.

It is far from city center, but it is so clean and clam.

An experience not to be repeated.
The hotel is old in all senses. When you enter it seems to be at most in a two star hotel.
The rooms are pretty mediocre and easily forgetable, the staff quite grumpy and not at all polite.
At least the prices are good.

Normal 3 star hotel for over night.

Local not new, with all the characteristics of an outdated environment; Single room too expensive compared to the type of hotel, lacks minibar in the room and breakfast very oarsimoniosa!

Structure divided into two wings, an older one, a less… you have to be lucky not to be put in the older one with all the workers, cacy, regulars.

Hotel of old generation rooms clean staff cozy dined in the hotel eaten of the excellent tortellini in broth is a fantastic bolognese cutlet the famous Petroniana.

This is a normal 3 star hotel, good for over night.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip (3 nights). Absolutely positive experience. Quiet Hotel with great value-price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Recommended!

Very large room, so also suitable for many groups… I had a great time.

The classic traditional Bolognese restaurant I recommend it to those coming from outside… tortellini and boiled…

Bad Hotel. Bedbugs found in the bathroom, dead insect on the room curtain, electric power outlet and with hanging cables, widespread dirt and intense smoke smell in the bathroom. Very old Hotel, never remodeled. Dilapidated fixtures and no insulation from outside sounds to the rooms. Breakfast was pretty miserable, salty options consisting of cheeses and that's all. On the dessert there is more choice. Absolutely not recommended.

It eats well and the food is of a very good quality. The staff is nice and professional and also nice! They also make half portions.

Clean Hotel, rooms in a little dated style, fresh linens in the bathrooms. At the time of paying they added 20 euros to the budget, which is not pleasing.

Not the best but the price and acceptable.

Unacceptable. Lousy behavior. I had booked a double a month and a half before printing even the confirmation email and they trimmed a room with three sunbeds saying that they were exhausted the double rooms when I had the right since I had booked. Plus the room had broken items.

A very good place to stay, you can get bus going to anywhere you want to, or you can also get a taxi. You pay less and get good treat. Lovely place to be.

Looking to book rooms for the nights in a night/morning, the Manager replied directly to call back the next morning because he can't.
