Review of Nuovo Hotel San Martino 3*

I came to this hotel during a concert at the Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno and, choosing a 3 star hotel, I thought I would receive a treatment at least good but I was wrong big! The positive aspects are exhausted by quoting its location near the motorway exit, end. As for the negatives we open a long chapter that begins with the reception where we found a girl who spoke very little Italian and with which to make us understand I had to speak in English, if you do not know it becomes almost impossible Be able to communicate with you! Once we got to the floor we first saw down the corridor of the open cabinets with the blankets inside then, once we got into the room, there was the most total disaster! Let's start with the probably less serious thing: the absence of Wi-Fi. In fact while on the ground floor you had this connection, in the room the network did not arrive! Let's move on to the other extremely negative aspects: 1) The bathroom dirty and smelly. The WC was not sanctified as, besides missing the seal of guarantee, it was not clean and had the cover broken, the other items were dirty and we had the soot on the corners even at height man. The whole thing, as previously written, was permeated by a very bad smell of mold and moisture. 2) The room. In addition to having a bare furniture (but this can stay there) was dirty and "inhabited"! The wardrobe and drawers of the bedside tables were very dirty and you could not support anything either on the bedside tables or on the TV cabinet as they were so filthy that they were sticky to the farfetched! The night before I went to bed I made the mistake of leaning over the smartphone and the next day was disgracefully glued, so I had to make a considerable effort to detach it! Then, just to "like", we had to do the "hunt" as we were in "company" of little black cockroaches, all this is unacceptable! The next morning we made the choice to make breakfast in Autogrill as the whole was limited to rusks and disposable jars of jams of very low quality! Having paid €100 just because they have umentate the price by virtue of the concert (but also the €65 "standard" are too many) and have been in the worst place where I slept in my life is absolutely unacceptable! But what 3 stars, if they had had 1 would have been far too much! A place that the office of hygiene should inspect! Never again!
