Looked very busy at the main entrance when we call for a reci but discovered the new high speed underground station! On the day of travel this was slick and not busy at all — very good experience.

This is a large & busy station, we found it easy to navigate our way to our platform, we were on lower floor and there are plenty of signposts, the station had a good selection of shops to purchase food on the inside/outside, we were definitely impressed.

Total confusion … South. East… but change number in progressive from 1 to 10 … and so on… I was at the track waiting for the train and nn I was right… x luck I asked! I was missing the train… and nn say it's simple xke there are people traveling with a thousand problems in mind… and nn realize 3 south or 3 east… Repeat. Make progressive numbers the tracks Thank you very much.

There is a great lack of quality infrastructure. There's no place to sit, not even a socket to charge your cell phone. But what's worse is paying for a dirty bath! = (

Shared toilet. And bathroom. No lift for person in need eg. Disabled. But better for exercise.

It's my first time to explore the new Bologna Central Station. A lot of changes and improvements. It is very friendly and so far clean. I enjoyed the coffee while waiting for our train to Milan. Thank you.

We arrived yesterday november the 10th. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast was great. In the center of the town. It deserve more than 3 stars. I will recomend this place to my friend.
