The hotel should be refurbished. Two-night overnight business trip, single-use double room. The clean room had a non-existent closet and zero sockets. They apologised because they knew it was a bad room. I don't recommend it.

Stayed here for a week during a business trip. There was a panel above the toilet that you used for flushing that came loose the first I used it. When I mentioned this at the reception they gladly gave me a new room that had no faults. The room itself was spacious and clean and served it's purpose. Breakfast was not included in my room rate so I had to pay extra for it. The breakfast itself was quite mediocre. A lot of bread options but very little fruit and other standard breakfast options. To me it was not worth the price and I would recommend to eat breakfast in one of the splendid cafés that are nearby. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Overall an okay experience but nothing phenomenal.

Hi! I may Have inadvertently clicked on 2 Stars… I certainly wouldn't have done it on purpose. We give you 5 Stars because having been we must say that: Elegant hall and friendly staff… The only thing you will want are the rooms a bit outdated…

Centrally located hotel situated very close to the central station of Bologna. It is well reachable just 2 minutes walk from the rails. Aesthetically it looks very modern, clean and pleasing to the eye. Great facilities even if you are not a guest.

Dec 2015: They handed us a room that resembled a mini suite! Strategic location, impeccable service, international breakfast, 5 star cleaning, friendly room staff a little chilly at the reception. At the entrance you will notice the presence of a surveillance person (right decision). It has its cost but it's worth it!

Cons: air conditioning not working and room was a sauna. Until I opened the windows. Gorgeous spring weather, thank you! Pros: good hotel, good service, modern room.

Excellent hotel in the NH chain. It is located very close to the central station of Bologna and at the beginning of via Indipendenza. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast varied and abundant.

I am currently here, April 2018, and this room is old, run down, and hot as hades. The cover for the thermostat falls off and it's like a sauna in this room. I am so uncomfortable. I had to open both the windows, so I'll be treated to a lovely night of trains, screaming, and dogs barking. Stay somewhere else. Also, I asked the front desk how early I should be at BLQ for my flight home at 9:30am, and the receptionist told me she had no idea how early I should be there.

Convenient location for main train station as well as central Bologna. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are super comfy with great linen changes daily. Good quality mini bar and complementary toiletries are good quality. Breakfast has a good selection and nice to see a gluten free selection.

A very comfortable and comfortable Hotel. The location of the hotel is strategic since it is really close to the station and one of the main courses, but it turns out to be very quiet for the guests. The staff is really nice and spontaneous, the quality of the food is great (breakfast has a very wide choice) and all the guests are treated impeccably. During my stay there was also the team of Serie A Dell'atalanta: The staff managed the whole guaranteeing the comfort of two categories of customers totally different as a couple and a group of sportsmen, eliminating any possibility of Negative interference. I recommend to all the stay at the structure also in the profile of the rooms, which are clean and quiet. I would definitely stay, 5 stars you deserve.

Great location. Friendly stuff at the reception. On the other hand the room is shabby, you can see signs of mold in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection is poor. This is no free mineral water, no kettle in the room. The lightning in the bathroom is dark. Breakfast is just OK, great selection of croissants. Not a good value for the price.

The location is great, the hole elegant, the staff qualified welcoming and courteous, then you enter the room and the panic assaults you. Style years 70, toxic amount of deodorant (who knows what smells cover) that almost hard to get sleepy. What about, would be the case to review the 4 stars, also because it does not provide even the services provided for the category, example: slippers, shiny shoes etc… Positive note, breakfast, good and varied. Maybe a renovation of the rooms would be healthy… and hygienic!

Rooms and carpets dirty and old. I do not recommend anyone to book in this HOTEL or paying €50 the housekeeping does not justify this price.

A soulless hotel but well located close to the city center. Despite the comfort announced by the stars of the facade, this chain hotel is unable to offer a TV, a shower or a heater operating simply and properly. A Book for business-only features.

We have been to this hotel last week and it really has a very good location because it is close to the train station and well walking or by bus you can easily move from there to the whole city. The hotel infrastructure is quite good, it's new, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very new and with a fairly modern design. The breakfast was quite normal for a hotel of this category. The only negative point is the interest shown by employees to solve problems. We had a problem with the minibar because it didn't cool down and it took them to fix it more than a day after three complaints about it, when they fixed it it was worse because it sounded a lot and you noticed it at bedtime. Although I am a member of NH rewards at this hotel I don't think I would repeat it.

Even though we don't have reservation any room, but they allow us stay for about two hours for waiting our next flixbus in the midnight. Nice service! Really appreciated.

I had a great time at this hotel which has an enviable location right in the center is very close to the station, perfect for a weekend shopping in downtown Bologna. The tree is nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful Excellent breakfast is noteworthy which offers a variety of sweet and savory foods of excellent quality. I don't give five stars only because although the rooms are very clean the carpet is a little dated and should be replaced.

Great hotel conveniently situated close to the train station and the main avenue into the city centre. The rooms are spacious and the needs are extremely comfortable. The girl is wheelchair accessible and they have adapted rooms. However, of you have a room in the first floor, check if there are any conferences taking place as we were in room 137 and as they use microphones, it felt as though they were in the room with you. They also start setting up the room quite early and the sound of furniture being dragged around can keep you awake. Fabulous breakfast.

We were only one night in the context of an event there. The breakfast buffet is very lush.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, a due passi dalla stazione. Il check-in è stato rapido, al nostro arrivo la stanza era già pronta. La stanza era come ci aspettavamo, molto pulita e ampia. La colazione era la solita colazione internazionale, piuttosto varia con l'aggiunta di centrifughe ai più consueti succhi di frutta. Una pecca la TV della camera, che continuava ad accendersi da sola durante la notte.

Good services, good food but the place, the rooms, needs an urgent make over…

Staffs friendly but can't speak English really well. The 4th floor rooms were newly renovated.

The location was good as near the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the main city centre. The lobby was very modern as per other NH hotels that I've stayed in, however our room was very dated and desperately needs to be brought out of the 70s.

Only a couple of issues. When we arrived all the complimentary drinks were gone. And the whole hotel has a wallpaper peeling problem… Breakfast was very good.

Poor check in facility. Reception staff unsure about prior reservations. Rooms not as good as NH Padova even though booked superior rooms at both hotels. Bar staff slow. This hotel lets the standard of the chain down.

It is a modern, clean and friendly hotel. Good breakfast. To some 10 minutes walk from the Centre historic. Next to the station. It has no parking spaces even if they propose you use one that is across the street for €20 per 24 hours.

Expensive hotel for what it is. I got initially a smoking room which was clean and sucisima.
Luckily I changed rooms and the new room was rather better and renewed.

The NH Bologna de la Gare is located just a few metres from Bologna Railway station, right in the city centre. From here you can easily reach the best shopping and restaurants, as well as the main tourist attractions such as Piazza Maggiore and San Petronio.
Friendly efficient staff.
The restaurant offers international cuisine as well as dishes that are typical of Emilia Romagna. The breakfast is rich and abundant.
The rooms are quiet and comfortable rooms equipped with minibar, free Wi-Fi and TV.

I visited for a Conference: the room was very nice and staff friendly professional and serious.

Good solution for a stay in Bologna. Comfortable with 10 minute walk leisurely pace, there is a stone's throw from the central station and taxi to anywhere in the city, even in the suburbs.

Please remove the carpet, is horrible looks worse than it is. Good breakfast and well located, 100 metres from the train station. For the airport bus stops at the door of the station. Very large room, huge bathroom, wide but not very comfortable bed. The worst carpet.
