Great host and great location. Walking distance to city center and to Bologna Fiere. Very quite and relaxing.

It's a clean place, the staff is very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and maintained. There is a shared kitchen which offers a DIY breakfast. It's a bit off the center, 15 minutes walk, but all in all it was a pleasurable experience.
