Good hotel, reasonable price! Located close to the train station and bus stop to the airport, as well as close downtown with all the sights!

An informal and very welcoming property. The hotel is well located as it is very close to the central train station and is also a short walk from the old town. In the immediate vicinity there are many businesses including supermarket pharmacies and health shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A further applause deserves the breakfast service. In conclusion: a very happy choice indeed.

The air conditioning did not function and the Wi-Fi did not seem to exist. Very basic and the appartamenti lacked air. Also, the towels carried a unusual fragrance which was not attractive. The shower is unusual and the hallway leading into the hotel was a little frighning. A decent location and a decent price for the stay but could be improved.

Prices are slightly lower than in the surrounding hotels, but the quality is a maximum of 2 stars (

Very good the apartment I stayed with my family of 4 people was awesome specially for the price 83 euros. The breakfast was really good too. We loved and look forward to go back.

Three-star hotel near the station. Without infamy and without praise. The room was large but not very clean… there were several cobwebs. Good price and adequate breakfast (in my case included in the price. I would have given maybe a star less but let's say that the place was exactly as I expected and the location was convenient for my travel. I don't stop for more than a day.

Arrived before 11pm to be greeted by an indifferent face at the reception. The man at the reception made no effort to speak clearly. Room had all charging plugs broken. Shower head had not been cleaned in a long time. Room was very stuffy upon arrival. Air conditioning was ok-ish, after 1hr wait, beds were very good. Hair drier provided is just the as a decoration because you won't be able to dry your hair (it will take an hour+). Breakfast is a buffet nothing serious. Appart from that the room was clean. Won't recommend to stay here longer than one night.

Old and shabby, very small shower recess, not the nicest room. About a 20 min walk to the Piazza del Nettuno and the nice part of town. Very close to the Mambo gallery. Was a budget option, not so bad I guess.

Great hotel, we were fine and the breakfast was very taken care of and with wide choice, the cozy room, the spacious bathroom and the shower very convenient, great coverage Wi-Fi and friendly staff. Only flaw corridor and room were always hot, the window helped a lot, 5 minutes from the station and a quarter of an hour from the center.
A good point of reference for future visits.

Bad. Sporchissimo (I got the warts), plus the gentleman from the front desk told me to park on the blue stripes in front of the hotel just the night of cleaning roads and I suffered a forced removal resulting in the cost of 160 euros of car deposit plus the fine. If you do not know him when there is forced removal in front of the hotel who should know? I come from outside and I trusted his word. The morning for fear denied that he told me to park there. He gave me the address where the tow truck brings the cars removed and told me to call a bus or a taxi without even bothering to call him. I had to run to work because I wasn't there on vacation so it was an experience that I don't even wish to my worst enemy!

Antiquated decor. At least there's no carpeting. Renovated bathrooms. Clean. My room, at least, very small. Right breakfast. Right deal.

I stayed one night at this hotel about twenty days ago. Nice and friendly staff. Location I would say excellent, twenty minutes (about) walking from the centre very easy to reach and 5 minutes (always on foot) from the Central station of Bologna. Breakfast The room and the bathroom are clean and warping, the only "flaw" and the style of the room a little old, but nothing to it.

Nice place if you are looking for a bed and grab a quick b-fast.

Horrible, room found not ready despite I had reported arrival time, back to room after gig, and then very tired with two little girls there was no hot water which came after an hour, reception me. They sent back that they could not do anything at that time! After they refunded me only. Half the cost I took despite it was more just the whole amount more damage… Because I'm sure I would have lost even those seen the little seriousness.

Structure that deserves worthily the 3 stars. I stayed for only one night in a comfortable and clean room. The staff and friendly and polite. Reachable from the central station only 5 minutes on foot.

I stayed overnight for a professional course in Bologna. I was given a whole apartment, nicely decorated, a stone's throw from the hotel! Very nice staff and breakfast average.

The staff are nice but the rooms are definitely too small.
Could not use the bathroom and the shower without slamming everywhere.

While the hotel’s appearance was pleasant, I unfortunately had a trouble with theft. I had a watch and a bracelet, that I chose to keep in my bag in the hotel, as I believed them to be safe. However when I returned home I found both to be missing, very odd considering neither item left my hotel room and that I had kept them in a zipped bag within my suitcase. Hoping for the best, I emailed the staff asking if they had found either the watch or bracelet, to which I received a very curt email saying that nothing had been found. I can therefore only assume that whatever staff had been given access to our rooms, for cleaning etc, may not be trustworthy. Because of the poor way this situation has been treated and bare minimum effort of the staff, I would not suggest staying here.

It was a very nice hotel with a very good staff. The room I used was of a generous size with a large bathroom complete with everything. Good location near the station and a short walk to the center in a very quiet street. Good breakfast Definitely recommended.

Close to the center in walking distance. Rooms were cozy and staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was very nice compared to majority in its class. Thanks guys and we would come back.

Moderate hotel with typical offerings of 3 star in Italy. Location is great, quiet, near to train station but far enough. Typical offerings for breakfast buffet.

Fairly standard three star hotel. Centre of Bologna can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by foot. Tucked out of the way in a mostly quiet, residential district. Nice pizza restaurant a few minutes walk away. Good breakfasts until 10am weekdays.

The most unfriendly receptionists I have ever met. The rooms are like to expect for low budget. And please dont be surprised by Nescafe instant coffee for breakfast, you have been warned.

We booked an apartment (with a kitchenette), the place was clean and confortfull. The check in was at the hotel address but the apartment is located near a 2 minute walk (a bit long with luggages) to the 5th floor of a building (with lift). The air climatizer was working but it was loud and took a while to cool the whole room. The TV was fixed on the wall and not very practical to be seen from the bed (with a 45° angle) Overall it was relatively good for the price (60EU)

The apartment version is nice and convenient because very well located in the city center. Spacious and clean apartment. Dear to my liking but it is the professional event of the cosmoprof that makes all the prices climb in the city.

Nice hotel for a long weekend with friendly staff in a great location 20 minutes walk from city centre. Nice beds and shower and a much better breakfast than we expected. Two really good restaurants within 2 minutes and a great bar called Paulaner.

Basic but efficient appaetment.

We were by an elevator so it was a bit noisy. The beds we had were small but pretty comfortable. The best place we stayed at in our whole trip.

Nice hotel is situated in Bologna, elegant room but double bed very uncomfortable, since they were two single beds pushed together but moving all the time. Reasonable service.

Clean and wide rooms with all the comfort. The hotel is pretty average but it was a nice staying.

I imagine this place was the benchmark back in its day. Now you can get a great place at a great price. It is clean and so far I can't find anything negative. It just might be slightly past its prime.
