The setting is amazing, you must get a sea view room, they are outstanding.
Food is great and so is the drinks menu and very reasonably priced for 4* hotel i. E €8 cocktails.
The staff are all friendly and very helpful always greeting you.
There is a free shuttle bus that goes to Capri Town every 10 minutes, which is excellent. You can get a shuttle to the port for €5 each.
We didn't use the pool but it looks beautiful with lots of sun loungers and a great pool bar.
I would recommend Hotel Weber Ambassador and will stay again.

Scenic views overlooking the sea and cliffs, lovely pool, great breakfast and shuttle service to Capri works like a charm. Very friendly service as well — Nikola especially, smiling and welcoming attitude.

Great views and breakfast, but rooms and service SUCKS. This is def not a 4 star hotel. Left a review on trip advisor for our recent stay at this hotel, and the manager responded with racist comments saying our luggage and room smelled like India. The staff was un-professional, did not care, laughed when we asked for anything, and overall rude. The service makes or breaks a hotel, and this hotel's service definitely breaks it. I would never stay here again, nor recommend anyone to stay here if they don't want to be treated like crap!

I honestly have no idea how this hotel is considered to be a four star hotel. It has great views, a pool and a free shuttle to the city center. The shuttle can pick you up or drop you off at the port for 5 euro per person which is worth it because a cab is 30 euro from the port to hotel. Those are the only positives about this property. We stayed here for one night in August so I know the prices aren’t higher given the season and that its Capri but I paid $225 to stay in this hotel and it was a ripoff. The staff held our luggage during the day since the room wasn’t ready however instead of keeping it secure in a room it stayed in the lobby all day where anyone could have easily accessed it. Upon check in the room did not have a window at all but rather a glass door and you had to go around a corner to the bed, so there was very little natural light. I have never seen a room with no window in a hotel before. The decor was dated and dinghy, I would expect something more from a supposed 4 star hotel. There was a strange odor to the room and there were holes in the floor. It needed a paint job as well. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom or bedroom, no hooks or bars, how does that even make sense. The shower drained slowly, had missing tiles and had mold!. Obviously cleaning is not a priority here. We paid the 11 euro for breakfast and if you sit outside they have plates with food on the railings which attracts a ton of bees.

Nice rooms and beach next to hotel. Sadly the customer service was appalling, every meal turns into an argument with the staff. It seems as if the staff here truly believe the customers are paying them to please them and that they're getting paid for the customer to keep them happy. Never in all my travels have I seen such an argumentative collective of staff. The family cannot wait to go home. Service is what you would expect at a one star hotel. Also Wi-Fi is non existent.

Stayed in this one week's strutting, that say perfection throughout! Exceptional property location, super active and free shuttle service not to mention the sunscreen and view that is nothing short of magical! Qualified staff in everything and super available, The waiters Simone and Raffaele exceptional. But the highlight of this place is the SQUISITA cuisine, they have no sin once, everything great and plentiful from breakfast to dinner. Nothing to say advice at all a holiday at this property, I will definitely go back.

My first trip to Capri and this beautiful hotel and certainly not the last! From booking my room with Achille to being picked up at the pier, checking in and having lunch with a travel sick 7 yo, I couldn't ask for a better experience. It was a taste of paradise. All the staff were amazing and accomodating, the food is reasonable priced and very delicious. Views from my room were to die for! I will be definitely visiting again.

Great hotel in fantastic position. Only short distance from centre. Easy and close to a public beach too if you can resist their own pool. Lovely breakfast with awesome views. Great staff who are very happy to assist you. Highly recommend.

You should never trust this hotel. Someone stolen my cash. Which I put it in the envelope in my suitcase, on the surface, then when we came back the envelope was taken. I looked around the room very carefully for a couple of times, it wasn't in the room neither. I talked to the front desk, he said no one took it, but I don't know why are they so sure about this. While I was about to call the police, the f**king hotel supervisor behaved so Violently and yelled out that I am the lier and will take my passport and send me to jail. What the hell wrong with them！ This hotel is a disaster. Do not, please do not choose this hotel to ruin you holiday.

Hotel with newly renovated rooms. Good service and exceptional location pretty much above the sirens reef and view of the famous Faraglioni.

The view was very nice and the staff was very friendly and friendly and the breakfast was great with fresh produce and terroir taken on the terrace facing the sea a real little paradise!

Great free shuttle service from is to Capri Center. Good restaurant, I recommend half board because in the restaurants of Capri they plucking you like hens. The view from the room was beautiful and Marina Piccoa is covered by the wind. The room is not great, bathroom with shower head to change, but we did not report it in reception. The TV doesn't even take a channel. The breakfast is international, everything from sweet to salty, just for all tastes.
I would go back. Out of season we paid €150 for a sea view room on half board.
Paying the Wi-Fi even only 1 euro per day is now anachronistic.

Amazing vistas. Lovely accommodations. Good food and best of all, friendly attentive staff. Just busy enough to be entertaining without being overwhelmed. Beautiful pools, cold beers and snacks. Short walk to more restaurants and Marina Piccola with private (beach club Di Gioila), and public beach to swim the Mediterranean. They even have kayaks to rent. I cannot recommend high enough.

Excellent reception, impeccable shuttle service, cleanliness of the excellent room, from the hotel there is a breathtaking view. What about the beginning of the honeymoon was lovely. We will definitely return.

We only stayed one night, alas, on April 30th. The structure is very beautiful located in a point with breathtaking panorama, the room very clean, cozy with private balcony, with all the comforts. The staff polite and knowledgeable, especially Mr. Nicola. The breakfast buffet is very good for everyone. Although we did not have the full board we had lunch and dinner in the Hotel and we were really pleased. The shuttle service very efficient, experience to repeat definitely. Thank you.

The rooms have excellent views but they are extremely small. In my case take out for takeoff and did not want to recone the breakfast was paid, ended up accepting but I lost hours and money calling to recognize it, they play it to lose, lei in several places similar criticism.

The hotel is located towards the back of the Island. This is quite a quaint setting. Close to the pebble beach and some shacks. The boarding menu was quite nice and the staff was very helpful. There is a bust stop close to the hotel and free shuttle service to capri centre as well. All in all this is an enjoyable place for quiet holidays by the sea. The view is fabulous.

Do not stay here. My husband and I stayed here and they charged us twice and refused to return one of the charges back to the card. Even two weeks after our stay and the funds were not returned. We were told one of the charges was a preauthorization upon making the reservation and it takes 15-20 working days to be released. Why is their still a preauthorization when they already collected the full amount at check out. They are still holding on to the money from the time of the booking and we paid with another card at checked out. I have emailed 4 times already about this and they are refusing the return one of the charges. They are a fraud and very dishonest. I will dispute this with my credit card because they are refusing to return one of the charges. You do not want to stay here unless you are fine with them double charging you and telling you to wait 20 working days even after you paid at check out, to return one of the charges. They are a fraud.

Terrific hotel. 2 minutes away from Marina Piccola. And they run free shuttles to the Capri City Center and back every ten minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful place… great food, clean rooms, impeccable service, friendly and helpful staff… c we had been in April and came back with pleasure this past weekend… both that my husband were satisfied once again I hope so much of Back.

Staff were very well served. The location is far from the pier, but the hotel offers 5 euro car pick-up/delivery, as well as a free shuttle bus to and from the city center. The hotel has a restaurant, with a view of the sea, a daily package is very affordable, about 23-27 euro (excluding drinks), but tableware and set the plate is not very good-looking.

Fantastic hotel! These are the first words that are spoken … After being blown away, for more than 10 minutes, for the wonderful breathtaking panorama! Good quality service, polite and super helpful waiters and clean rooms! What more could you want? To return … and I'm definitely going to choose room 708 again… one of the best-view rooms… on the faraglioni! Again thanks to all the staff of the Hotel weber Ambassador.

Amazing location. The staff was helpful with everything. There was a beautiful view and a short walk to the beach. Capri was an amazing time, we would love to go back and would definitely stay at Weber Ambassador again.

The room was fine and so was the pool area. The restaurant and lobby need a facelift. The most off putting thing for me was the staff. Although some were great, a couple of them, especially an older waiter in the restaurant was rude and condescending. Their staff people skills need to improve.

Location is really good, you have a free shuttle to the center until late (really nice). They also offer a shuttle from/to marina grande (place you arrive from the ferry) for 5eur per person, which is pretty good. The reception is a lottery, you can find nice people or some that does not care about you but the drivers are very kind. By the way, the check in is 2pm. We arrived 1:30pm and the room wasn't ready… it's the rule I got it but really? The view is really amazing, this the best thing of this hotel. The room is small, bathroom is nice but water leaks a bit from the shower and fridge doesn't work good (asked to change, they said it is like this).

Amazing views from the balconies and the restaurant. Two pools and a jaccuzi, private sunbeds on the room's terrace. We ate 3 time at the restaurant during our stay and had great time there. Very close to the beach and the private hotel bus will take you to the city center for free. Only a negative point : our room was just below the reception and we had music until 2 during the night with very bad sound isolation of the room.

My wife and I read the mixed reviews before we got to the hotel this past week and we were curious what we were getting into in. The location was to die for as it offered not only a great view but a very short walk to the beach. It also offered a free shuttle into town (you pay to go to the port) which was very convient. The room was exactly what we booked. Since we did not eat there I cannot comment on the food. We will definitely come back.

As an old visitor to Capri (first holiday in 1961! ), I had never stayed in a Hotel for more than a week. Always and only house in dense, or from my father who lives right in Marina Piccola.
Having said that I try to bring back my definitive impressions after this experience of stay paradoxically unusual for me. The property is in a beautiful place, moving even for those who practically were born there, like me. The room we had asked for, beautiful and spacious, was given to us the next day, but with a plenty of apologies and admission of guilt, which made everything without any discomfort. Courtesy set for coffee in the room, great choice of soaps, housekeeper very nice. In the pool you look great, the service is fast and if you taste the caponata with cherry tomatoes and burrata or the fresh tomato spaghetti you will reconcile with the world. The desk girls are delightful and the manager is very kind and professional. The shuttle service to the square is continuous and very comfortable, the porter boys patient and tireless. I recommend eating a la carte, because basically the price does not exceed much that of the menu at 23 euros and there is more choice. I mean a nice 5? For now I give a 4.9, because a piece of advice I would like to give to the sympathetic and volcanic owner, Mr. Tarantino. A little more care in the clothing of the room staff.

We stayed here May 2017. The basic hotel rooms are very run down. Do not, I repeat… DO NOT eat dinner at the restaurant located inside the hotel. Breakfast was good, dinner was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Not to mention, awful service. The second picture contains what is supposed to be a pesto sauce. Watery, flavorless, cheap ingredients. Jason Vasquez gives the best depiction of what you'll find at Hotel Weber Ambassador.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. We had direct views of the Faraglioni from our terrace. The hotel is within walking distance to the the most condensed luxury shopping you will ever find. The staff at the front desk wasn’t all that friendly and acted as though we were interrupting them every time we had a question. The food in the restaurant was good and even accommodated a late night request for french fries. The bartender was helpful in getting a bottle of wine, for a romantic night on the terrace watching the stars dance above us. The cleaning staff was also great. I wouldn’t say this is a high-end hotel by any means, but the room was an adequate size and it was clean.

Location facing the Faraglioni and close to Capri Centre with a regular shuttle to 2h of the night.

The hotel is in a great location, a few meters from the only beach on the island. It is not far from the centre, but with the hotel ' ' Taxi ' ' service you can reach it in 5 minutes. The view from the terrace is unique, towards the Faraglioni. Very nice pool, also with a view of the sea and the Faraglioni.

The hotel is a little tired in some elements but the location is magnificent and the service is very good. Make sure to book a room with seaview, it's the best feature of the hotel. Breakfast is quite good with plenty of choice and the shuttle to Capri town is free (2016) and runs very frequently. They also offer a shuttle service to Marina Grande, much cheaper than the local taxi option.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The whole process right from check in to check out was handled efficiently. The hotel staff from susanne to antonio to nicolas were all very helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle to capri centre which is really great. Its the quickest way to get around within Capri. The shuttle runs until 2 am in the night so gives enough time for party poopers to get around. The support staff, waiters and luggage handlers were very polite and helpful too. The rooms were as described with a splendid view of marina piccola. The hotel also offers a competitively priced private boat tour around the island which we enjoyed the most. Highly recommend for anyone staying there to experience this tour. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will surely come back to stay here if we are back at Capri.

Views were great but we didn't appreciate the service. The $20 charge for the bus to the port was misleading and not stated upfront. We felt the hotel was trying to nickel and dime us during the stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Capri! I came to this hotel with 30 people. Everyone loved it! Everything about this place was spectacular. Hotel Weber Ambassasdor staff was very professional and welcoming. Wifi was only 5 euros and we were able to go on the Wi-Fi in the hotel and on the beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Not one thing about this hotel was unpleasant. For breakfast it is buffet style and you get to choose where you want to be seated. Dinner is not buffet style. For the dinning area you are able to sit outside facing the ocean or sit indoors. The best part was if you needed to go somewhere, a bus came every 8 minutes to pick people up from the hotel. If you wanted to go to the beach, it was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. You can even see the beach from your hotel. 2 times I stayed by the pool and its gorgeous. The view by the pool is also breathtaking. I will definitely be back here soon!

I am 3 years we stay at the Weber Hotel, make us feel and we feel like family. Spectacular views, helpful staff, rich buffet breakfast, clean rooms. The pizzeria Longano greet you always with a smile is the waiters who Eva:-) are available at most. What is also positive that the hotel provides shuttle from 7.30 until 2.00 at night take you from Weber to the legendary square … drivers always rejoicing … fun. Capri island of love and Sun … we'll be back open question to the staff of Weber and a thanks to Director John Tarantino always available … :-) :-) —)

The staff is very welcoming that's the only positive of this hotel… The setting is very nice but it is ' has dozens and dozens of hotel which will offer you at least an equivalent context to view the beauty of the island. I found myself in a room that overlooked technical premises and garages and shuttle bus. Also my room was she even formerly a garage which has been recently transformed into room… Continually, unbearable noise of machinery was pushing me to flee the hotel during the day and to sleep with earplugs to hope to find a little rest at night. The furniture and equipment were new but impractical, not comfortable… The towels were of bad quality and cleaning them was poor. I found a hair on one of them and another a background of complexion. On one of the walls was missing a block of taking revealing electric cables… All these omissions are hard to digest because of the price of the room and the billing of each element that brings you a little comfort as Wi — Fi, the round trip by shuttle from the port… And finally to top it off, on departure of the extras had been billed in addition on my note… In short, a Board if you do not want your stay on this mythical island is clouded by the quality of your hotel, flee.

I've stayed in various hotels and B&Bs in Italy and this is by far the worst one! It is unimaginable to pay for more than €150 per night for a room without a window! Let alone the windowless condition of the room, it also smells like dead fish in it. Also room service seems almost non-existing — after a whole day out in the town center, you'd be back in the room to find everything still in the condition when you left. The receptionist was also awful when checking out in that he was including a lot of service charges that I did not use! I had to tell him to tick most of the service charges out one by one! Also the beach does not belong to the hotel. Instead it is just a public beach with very limited time of sunlight due to the hill top blocking the sun in early afternoon. The pickup location of the hotel shuttle is also different than the one mentioned in their website. This place is by all means a nightmare.

Sorry about the dissapunto of the Lord who declares that then capri don't tip well. It's over 40 years 30 years I have been living in capri, austalia, never once to my luck or not manciato well in capri. Though I agree with the fact that she was glad for the owner of accomodation gianni should change the name. And call it hotel paradiso. Because it is. Hello soon. Raffaele.

I'd say the best position of Capri, great hospitality, good organization, good value for money, nice rooms with regard to the de lux the others don't tell, the shuttle then is priceless and it is free. Cicina okay but to tell the truth in Capri does not eat well anywhere. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff.
