Staff couldn’t care less that we were there.
We had booked a day trip through GetYourGuide and our captain made reservations for us to eat lunch here for our honeymoon. We waited over an hour before we were actually able to eat anything we ordered…
Couldn’t believe how spot on the other negative reviews were. Got the sense that they were only concerned with the guests staying at the resort itself.
When the waiter finally realized his mistake (never put our order in), he offered a simple apology (no comp or any gesture to correct the mistake), then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to stay for dessert…
Our most expensive and least enjoyable dining experience of our 2 week trip around Italy.
Staff very rude, went on a boat trip day here and felt forced to eat. Staff told us if we wasn’t to eat it would require €100 per person to access capri town which now we have found out this is a lie. They were very shocked none of me or my friends liked fish food and was extremely rude and looked down their nose at us, especially the man in the grey blazer with grey hair, mocked our accent and made us feel very little, we left without ordering as we felt trapped and very unsafe — do not recconmend.

Beautiful location and stunning views. We paid around €375 for a family day pass, which included a €115 food credit, and they kindly gave us a €75 discount for one of our children, which we appreciated.
Our food bill was around €220, so after the included credit we paid roughly another €100. The food was very pricey, but unfortunately the quality was well below standard. I would recommend enjoying the beautiful location, but having your meal elsewhere.
It also wasn’t clearly explained at check-in that beach beds were not included and required an additional charge. When we went down to the beach, we were asked to pay extra and were offered chairs instead. There was also a €10 charge for an extra towel.
The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication about what was included. At a high-end beach club, when you’re already paying a premium price for a day pass, you don’t expect to keep encountering additional charges that weren’t clearly explained upfront. It really takes away from what should be a relaxing beach club experience.
