The worst experience me and my mom have ever had. This Hotel is ran by crooks and scam artists. They charged our cards multiple times. Snd refuse to refund the money. And on top of that continue to harass and threaten to charge our cards for more money. As soon as we saw the room we were given we quickly wanted to leave the hotel but were forced to stay there one night due to the fact that there were no boats available to take us back to Naples. We paid so much money to have the best room possible and they continued forcing us to take their smallest room lying that we booked that room. The room was tiny, dirty, unsafe and without any sea view or anything good to say at all. After we left the manager forced me to pay for one night said he will refund the other money. Of course he lied. The manager then sent my mom two threatening emails after they had agreed to pay us full refund because he didn’t like the review she had left. In fact he threatened to charge her more. This is absurd and so unprofessional. If my mom doesn’t get her money back. We will be forced to start a class action against this Hotel.
