Charming, peaceful and the customer service is great. If you need anything someone is next door to assist. The place feels comfortable as if you could live there and the soft music from the neighboring hotel is a plus. Feels like you're part of the resort but in a private villa.
My reason for leaving a star off the rooms is because the 1st floor mattresses. The 1st floor bedroom mattress was firm like an elder picked it on. The sitting room sofa bed had no support, you could feel the bars across your back however if you're short, you could sleep well on the sofa but not as a bed. The 2nd floor bed was prefect.
The house was extremely clean (like new), great location to restaurants, shops, and the sitting room overlooks a sweet garden with the high end hotel in the background. Again, hotel is small and low key, so it gives the Villa a retreat feels.
