J.K. Place Capri

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel situated on the sea. The views from the lounge, dining space and balcony were unmatched. We had a beautiful room that was well maintained by cleaning staff, provided comfortable bedding and seating and had a generous closet/bathroom area. The resort itself is situated a short distance from the town of Capri which made it a very quiet, peaceful stay.
Transportation to Capri and Anacapri was available through the hotel and staff were very helpful in arranging tours and dining experiences in and around town. First class accommodations all the way.

My husband and I had wanted to visit JK Capri for a number of years now. We were not disappointed. The view is magnificent. The attention to detail is exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough — it was everything I ever wanted and so much more! This place is pure magic and exceeded every expectation I had for my Capri getaway.
The Setting.
The hotel is incredibly bright and sunny with the most spectacular ocean views you can imagine. Sitting in my four-poster bed, I could gaze out at the endless blue waters and listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean. It was absolutely breathtaking and refreshing — the perfect escape from everyday life.
Exceptional Service.
The staff here goes above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail is remarkable — if you mentioned needing something to one staff member, another team member would overhear and immediately bring you what you needed. This level of attentiveness made me feel incredibly cared for throughout my entire stay.
Thoughtful Amenities.
My room came equipped with an nespresso machine with warm cream, which was perfect for morning coffee with that incredible view. When I was leaving, they surprised me with an abundance of thoughtful gifts that were just unbelievable. These personal touches made the experience feel truly special.
Location & Activities.
The hotel provides transportation to Capri’s main square, making it easy to explore the island while having this peaceful retreat to return to. The location offers the best of both worlds — tranquil ocean views and convenient access to Capri’s attractions.
The Food & People.

Efficient and friendly staff in a beautiful hotel on the coast of Capri surrounded by the blue sea and magnificent views. There is a small beach available and a magnificent pool.
The hotel is lovely and well decorated and rooms exceptionally clean and room service ideal.
Everything was perfect — rooms, service, food, pool, excursions and transfers arranged admirably by friendly staff.
We will return.

The service, accommodations, amenities, food and beverage are elite at JK Place Capri. The entire staff was incredible. It started before we even got to the property. The team made dinner reservations extremely easy before we even arrived. And when we arrived we got such a welcoming vibe the moment we got there, to the impeccable service every morning starting at breakfast all the way through the day into poolside snacks and incredible dinner and the ease of transportation into the center and to our next destination. We found the perfect balance of always feeling like we had what we needed but never feeling rushed or ever bothered at JK Place Capri. The JK staff is A+. The accommodations were amazing. The rooms are a dream. The views are beautiful and the rooms were pristine. The lounge areas on the first floor, inside and outside are beautifully decorated and have gorgeous views. And the food was incredible. The breakfast pastries and everything made fresh to order by the chef was delicious and always had a special touch. The lunch options were perfect. Not too filling but satisfying and made with such fresh ingredients. Our dinner at JKitchen was so flavorful and the service yet again was next level. The pool view was lovely, also kept pristine and was a very comfortable space. The location was perfect as well — it was so easy to get into the center of Capri and over to AnaCapri (both we did a few times while we were there).

We had a gorgeous our stay at JK Place Capri. The hotel is beautiful and decorated In such casual relaxed yet chic style. The rooms are generously appointed and every comfort seen to. The breakfast was lovely and enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the water. However, where this hotel shines, really its best asset, is its lovely, kind and welcoming staff. Everyone, and I meet every. Single. Staff member greeted us like friends, remembered our names, and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was anticipated and met. The pride they take in the hotel and in providing a warm and welcoming experience is evident from the moment you set foot in the hotel. We cannot thank you enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Yes. 5 stars hotels with all great amenities. Happy with stay and service. But I have one issue, I did call to hotel like one week ahead for "can I bring the car to island or not? ". The receptionist don't speak good English and he said YES. He said "They will park the car ". Then I try to take my car with ferry ⛴️ to Capri. Big problem. Can't take the car to island. I took my chance and I just left the car at ferry gate at main land. Bz I want to be there on time. Nothing happen. That's great.
5 stars hotel with great service.
Room are beautiful and clean. 4/5 bz they should put someone who more fluently to speak and understand English.

Exquisite stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. We usually stay at Four Seasons and have high expectations when traveling. The JK was a superb hotel — I felt like our needs were filled before we even knew we had them, things like picking us up were swift, ferry tickets and baggage tickets procured — they know how to take care of people. In the midst of what can sometimes feel like a frenzied pace in Capri — with lots of people around, JK was a welcome respite and a calm oasis. We were grateful to hear the waves lapping at the beach below as we awoke and fell asleep. One of my favorite hotels anywhere.

Lovely hotel, amazing location and very efficient staff AND they were warm and friendly. Property is stunning too, as are the views and every inch of the rooms and buildings. Loved the decor but mostly the friendly, smiling and kind staff. We will be back.

We are returning guests and were erroneously booked into a "Classic Room, " which was not what we expected and looked nothing like the photos on the website and was not as described, including the view, which is of a rundown building under construction. The GM was never available to meet with us to discuss the situation. It's easy to provide great service when everything is going well, but when things don't go as planned, a truly extraordinary hotel steps up and makes a guest feel important and heard, even if they can't meet their expectations. JKPlace Capri fell far short of providing great service or demonstrating any degree of caring. It's a shame, we have such fond memories of the hotel but our most recent experience was so bad we won't be back. We love the other J. K. Place properties, just not this one.

Amazing place with amazing views of the water. Ideal location and small boutique customer service. Our favorite hotel in Capri! Superb food and close to the main marina. Peaceful elegance close to, but away from the crowds. Our go to place when in Capri!

This place used to be one of my favorites in Italy, but in the 8 years since I’ve been back, I noticed a definite change. While the restaurant and pool staff are lovely, the front office and concierge project a lot of attitude and lack of attention. It took me 3 emails before I even heard back from the concierge regarding reservations etc.
Everything was ok but nothing to recommend, beyond the decor which hasn’t changed since it opened. Even the food was lackluster compared to other top hotels in Positano and Amalfi. Too many other nice places to stay in Capri. I won’t be back.

It was fine. Food was not amazing at all. Place is cute — like you are staying in someone’s villa as a guest. Staff is really great — sweet and attentive. Breakfast spread is pretty and setting for outdoor dinings is lovely. Did not sleep well at all — Room gets bright early and curtains do not do much, does not get cold (ac is fixed), and the sheets and pillows are low quality. They do offer free transports into town and concierge is great. Expensive for what it is, would not go back.
