Reviews of Casa Boutique by Capri 5 Senses
Giovanna is a fantastic host and extremely kind. She was nothing but helpful to us during our time there. The house is beautiful, well maintained and at a great location. Would surely come back to visit this beautiful property and meet our lovely host again!
This apartment flooded and had multiple other serious problems incliding ant invasion. Said sofa bed, just sofa. No power in bathroom. Impossible to reach in emergency flood on both stories, then finally she said she would credit night and moved us into far inferior room down tge street. No one there on check out. The next day she texted saying we did not pay and threatening repeatedly to call police! Scary. Spoke with booking. Com and reported why she canceled there (so no confirmed bad reviews). Beware this company and hotels on Capri! Do not stay here unless safety and comfort are of no concern for you.
