The absolute top! Best service, impeccable food and you can not beat the location right in the heart of Capri! We will retuen.

FANTASTIC HOTEL! First, every one of the staff went above & beyond in their hospitality! We had a Junior Suite… VERY comfortable bed, large balcony, fabulous water views, A/C quiet & cool, great shower & separate enormous soaking tub! Breakfasts were beautifully presented & delicious… with tables outside overlooking the water. The pool area was clean & inviting (thick mattresses on the lounge chairs! ) with gorgeous water views. To top it off, Marco (Front Desk Manager) managed to get us reservations at great seafood restaurants! We'll be staying here often!

Greatest hotel experience we had so far. Amazing rooms and style of the hotel. Friendliness and service of the hotel staff is over the top! Great breakfast options, overall the food is more than excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The service was exceptional. The food was very good. The location is perfect to wander through the narrow streets of Capri. I would stay at the Tiberio Palace again in a heartbeat!

So far so good! Large beautiful, well appointed suite with large balcony overlooking the ocean.
Haven’t had a chance to try the restaurant yet but it is supposed to be very good.
A bit of a walk to get to hotel as there are no streets just walkways.

Very well organized property, they make the customer feel at home from the arrival in the reception. Very varied international breakfast, with a wide choice of foods and sweets prepared at the moment by the kitchen staff. I recommend it.

Colonial-style Furnishings with various insertions that unfortunately weigh a still cared environment.

Stunning, modern hotel in the centre of Capri. Views cannot compete with Caesar Augustus in Ana Capri (where we stayed on our last trip), but the location was fantastic and the staff were exceptional (especially Marco — thank-you! ). I was pleasantly surprised by the decor, it was much more elegant in real life than the photos on the website (I thought it may be a tad dated/naff when we booked). Breakfast was delicious and offered an extensive selection.

The staff of the Restaurant was very professional and extremely nice. As for the food it was not so good: the hamburger's meat was no good at all and the spaghetti were tasteless. The entrecôte was very good though.

Great location, quality hotel with nice staff. Chek in fast. To improve the bathrooms.

Aperitif on the Terrace: 10 and Praise!

It is the perfect place for a short weekend vaca trip and you will def enjoy breakfast on the amazing beach view terrace.

The design and views from this hotel are absolutely gorgeous. We could have taken fantastic pictures from every room, hallway, or corner. It is more modern than your typical Italian hotel but still celebrates the colours of Capri. It's quiet and private but within a very quick walk to the main piazza. All staff were very attentive and welcoming. In particular, Simona, Cristina and Marco were all wonderful and made our wedding celebration perfect! The food was always fresh (many ingredients from their own garden) and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Going to Capri and not sleeping here would be a crime!

This is a hotel to treasure! So I'm half tempted not to add my praise to the chorus for fear of it becoming over run! We will definitely be back.
The rooms are elegant & understated, the communal areas are incredibly stylish and the service is amazing. The sea view from our room was breathtaking and the general air of hip tranquility is to die for. We loved it and we hope you will too.

Exceptional stay. Very attentive and professional staff. The views from the pool and restaurant are magnificent. Ideally located close to all the shops and restaurants, yet just away from the busy crowds. We'll be back!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. All staff so lovely and welcoming. Service was outstanding, food delicious and views gorgeous. Thanks to Veronica for looking after us at breakfast and Chirro for his information and smile! I could not have asked for a nicer place to celebrate my 40th birthday! We hope to come back.

Stunning rooms with a breathtaking view.

On the occasion of a work meeting that lasted a short time, I was a guest of this structure. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional by contacting the customer several times. The areas behind the lobby were tidy and well cared for including the outside areas.

Just returned from a 4 night stay in and can't express our gratitude enough. We have experienced this level of luxury, service, and hospitality only a few times in the world! All the staff (especially Davide the Manager at the front desk who so kindly upgraded us to a massive room and is super nice, and the bartender at Jackie Bar and all the staff at the restaurant) to the amenities (a luxury spa), the rooms, the interiors (chic, modern, eclectic, grand and amazing views), the design, the location (Capri canter, in the midst of all the action), the food, the breakfast spread (my fav meal) — this was a 7 star stay. The hotel did it all — reserving our transfers to Naples, ensuring that our bags were delivered to the marina, reserving our boat tour for the day, making all our dinner reservations… it was truly spectacular. Thank you and we can't wait to return and stay with you again!
