We were for the second time at the spa, the staff is always very kind and very friendly, relaxation is guaranteed! We were really good, the only drawback is that This time we did not find that volcano of Angela's energy at the reception, and I must say that the lack was felt! The first time she was there and we felt at home in a moment, this time it was all a bit more sterile. I recommend to people the structure, clean, well maintained, relaxing and with very friendly staff is qualified, while I advise the structure to try Angela not to lose it anymore, a great hostess able to welcome customers with a disarming radiance!

Excellent city spa with a truly relaxing wellness program and a massage that lives up to expectations. Staff always very courteous and helpful in particular Mrs. Angela who with her vitality, energy, friendliness and smile makes your relaxation happy and unique. Too bad she will no longer be the one to welcome us since her contract has ended.

Cozy great food and fabulous place.

Buona struttura con relativi servizi. Spaziosa la zona piscina e buona la colazione. Buona parte delle camere sono state ristrutturate quindi sono in ottime condizioni. Personale molto disponibile, acqua in camera gratuita bello il giardino per la colazione. Leggermente da migliorare la pulizia della camera e le prese eletttriche in camera.

I do not understand that this hotel has such a high rating or may be called a 4 star hotel. It was terrible. We hade to change room three times, because of the non-working air conditioning. Slept the first night in a room that was 32 degrees! The breakfast was a mockery. No fresh products, we hade to search for the staff, to find someone who could provide us with some cheese and ham. No normal bread (only dry hard bread). The positive is only the exterior of the hotel and the dinner was ok (service there was very nice). Finally we checked out and we went to a beautiful other hotel in the neighborhood that was worth the money. At this hotel you have to ask yourself: can you stay 2 nights for € 100 in a 4 star hotel? The answer is no.

A great place. Everything at the top: structure, service, services, food and above all so much kindness and courtesy. We will definitely go back!

Perfect place to unplug and relax in the best way, the right prices for the place and for the 5 stars deserved, breakfast, dinner and lunch of great taste, excellent comfort even in the pool area, excellent and very kind staff. Only flaw maybe some bathrooms a bit dated but in excellent condition.

Very elegant hotel in the structure of 800, is equipped with spa with thermal water pool. Ideal for important ceremonies. The top in the Sannio.

This for sure "Used" to be a "Grand Hotel" and still has the look of the Magnificent times it once had, actually I would rate it as a simple 4* with very wide rooms and ambients.

The beautiful palazzo or palace of the Nineteenth century now became a centre of wellness and relaxation where you can enjoy the thermal baths and swimming pool. Immersed in the green of the Valle Telesina x those who want to unplug and relax this is the place to be. Staff friendly and prepared, ready to satisfy every need of the customer. Only flaw is the rooms are a bit small, and some maintenance work. For the rest everything is ok. Good and varied cuisine. The breakfast was terrible.

Beautiful hotel, highly recommended. Well mannered and attentive staff. Wonderful outdoor pool and gardens. Lovely food. Attention to detail is 100%. Thank you to everyone who made our first visit to Italy so memorable.

Great location and impeccable service.

The place was absolutely fantastic, we had a wonderful dinner and the location was very exclusive. I was completely satisfied.

Great hotel and staff have been there for work but I stayed but I got to see several rooms and excellent structure then in the countryside and with the baths to throw very good.
