We found this amazing resort via a Google search and so glad we decided to stay. We have family in Telese and Ruviano and wanted something close to them but that also felt like a get away. From the moment we arrived you could feel the thoughtfulness of every detail. The check in area is beautiful, the grounds are meticulously kept, the room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the pool is huge and clean, we even used the gym! The bar area is cozy and chic. We brought our 9 and 10 year old and they enjoyed it too. I’d love to come back with only my husband for a romantic get away! They also provide beautiful robes, and a tote with flip flops for your stay. Every place you walk in smells like heaven. Truly an amazing resort!

Fantastic experience: the Spa is a moment of absolute relaxation, the outdoor pool allows you to immerse yourself in an almost deafening silence, which in the afternoon accompanies you in a pleasant post-Spa sleep; the Locanda del Borgo is certainly the icing on the cake of this experience: in addition to the menu (which to call shocking is to say the least), it is the attention of the room staff to strike, with a kindness and attention to detail not by everyone. A Michelin star is more than deserved!

Spectacular sums up a wonderful lovers getaway. Escapism at it's finest in a resort where calm serenity filled the air. The stand out masterpiece was the restaurant, possibly one of the finest experiences globally. Aquapetra is a must.

We stayed here for my birthday treat. Beautiful hotel in an idyllic spot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa is lovely and the food is simply divine. I would have loved to have stayed longer.

My wife and I have just spent 5 nights at this hotel for her 40th birthday. We had a very relaxing time spending most of our days around the gorgeous pool area. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are perfect. We ate in the restaurant most nights and the level of service was amazing. The staff are all very helpful but one in particular Francesca made our stay even more enjoyable. Her attention to customers throughout the day was brilliant. My favourite meal is spaghetti bolognese and I was slightly disappointed it wasn't on your menu. However Francesca spoke with the chef and he made it for me. I would like to thank you all for helping me make my wife's birthday celebrations very special.

Bar service terrible, waited 15 mins to be served and eventually found the only barman was in the restaurant chatting to his colleagues. The fact that we were the only customers should have rung some alarm bells. Paid a lot for a junior suite, was about to use the jacuzzi in the bathroom but couldn't as there was no plug so couldn't even use the bath. Reported this 3 times but it hadn't been fixed before we left (there for 5 nights). Poor selection at breakfast. Suite was large but poor facilities. Dreadful seating on the bar terrace, very uncomfortable. No table on the room terrace. Restaurant serves amazing food and the service second to none. The atmosphere and setting are incredible but the negative things really let it down this time. Immaculate at first glance but very rough round the edges.

Exceptional location and amenities. You'll enjoy the spa treatments as well, however you can definitely find better massages around. Despite the restaurant being a Michelin star one, it lacked of the wow factor. We weren't impressed at all. That said I'd definitely recommend the place for a short 1-2 days of relax.

Great place. Very clean. Warm, spacious and comfortable. The SPA is not huge but very collection and own x this super relaxing, you can enjoy it without stress. Excellent Restaurant, a 10 and praise. It's like walking into a village with narrow streets, however, is in a resort. Amazing!

I got to have lunch at this property. The dishes are normally nothing to write home about. The treat was when I went to pay the girl at the checkout she also took the 2 euros in the account without rounding the figure… But where do you live?

All beautiful. Too bad there are carnivorous mosquitoes. It's worth equiping yourself against mosquitoes and spending at least one day there to visit.

It is a village renovated by the architect owner that I do not know, but must be very good given the result.

Nestled in the greenery and tranquility less than an hour's drive from the city's chaos in Naples. Fantastic and well-maintained property, wide and never crowded the spa that very cleverly the management offers included in the price of the room. A resort that has nothing to envy to that counterparts and celebrated sites in Tuscany. You absolutely have to go at least for a two days in the name of relaxation. Really gorgeous, professional and courteous all the staff.

For a 5* hotel there were some disappointments, staff very slow (is this the Italian way? ) room flooded ever time you showered and this was a suite… beds made but sheets not changed, you may think it’s nit picking but when paying the money they commanded… I think a valid point, other than that breath taking setting good food and drink, would I go back? Not in a hurry very polished for First Dates.

The best resort we have ever visited! Just a beautiful place with great friendly staff. Our junior suite was amazing! The spa en the pool: bellissimo! Only the diner was ok: we'd expected a bit more from a 1 Michelin star restaurant. But overall: a great stay and very recommended!

We’ve enjoyed the most amazing weeks stay here — really don’t want to leave! The warm welcome, friendly but professional service from everyone, the lovely spa area, fab swimming pool, great bar, stylish decor, wonderful restaurant, all made this a perfect week in the sun. The location is beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, the grounds are so very well kept and the staff attentive. Our room was lovely too! 5 out of 5 in every way.

Incredible Location, immersed in the green, between olive trees peace and silence. The restaurant is superb and the staff is very friendly. Every time I go there, I forget everything and relax in an incredible way!

The beautiful location, the quality of the food excellent, great tasting. Questionable only the interior decorator, as often happens, unfortunately, in these times.

Points Against: The rooms are dirty, the walls in some places yellowed and cobwebs every where. If I pay 230 euros a night I Cleaning. Flies, gnats and ants everywhere even on the back of the bed. In the morning in the bathroom were everywhere. The outdoor pool was dirty on the bottom. The pool as “new” (that they advertise) is not yet open. The breakfast is poor and not up to the service since they offer only a selection of sweet and there is no alternative salted. (So if you have problems with butter, margarine and pastries in the morning tap that you take). All the savoury and above all the eggs had to be ordered a la carte. 2 hard-boiled eggs 8 euros. Breakfast for nothing continental! sin. We have been there several times over the years but obviously something has changed. DISAPPOINTING! I don't think we will return.

Cancelled our fully paid booking after 9 weeks with no explantation, we booked this as a special treat after seeing it on first dates. They were so unprofessional and rude. I tried everything to try and stay there but they were awful. I just kept getting the no availability one liner as if they didn’t speak English, I tried to book the restaurant and spa to so we could just visit and again got told no. We aren’t covered on insurance as we only wanted to visit this hotel so we have now lost £700 of flights too. Insurance won’t cover this apparently. They didn’t even say sorry. Heartless.

What an amazing time we had. My husband booked it as a surprise for our 4th wedding anniversary. All of the staff were fantastic. Francesca was fabulous and made our dining experience exceptional. The chef is so talented and created the best meal ever. Beautiful to look at as well as delicious to eat. The atmosphere and beauty of the buildings and surroundings are amazing.

Gorgeous. Classy, comfortable environment. The spa and the restaurant of the village truly exceptional. I recommend it.

Aquapetra prides itself on being a top quality resort. The first time I was there, one Sunday at lunch, I was amazed, the beauty of the structure, the details and the care for the furnishings, the splendor of the green nature that surrounds it. I was enthusiastic about it and I always talked about it well. This is my opinion until I set foot and this time I was part of a group of fifteen people and I stayed. Everything that has to do with food, from breakfast to lunch to easy poolside, from aperitif to gourmet dinner is from ten and praise, including service at the tables. The quality of the foods proposed is out of the question. The wisdom of their preparation is worth the Michelin star recently conquered. Still remember the triumph of flavors and the excellent wine recommended.
Note Dolentissima that made me swear not to ever again to stay: the rudeness of one of the two ladies at the reception and the spa.
The person in the House considers guests and assumes a proper attitude to his role only if it proves to be rich or you are a football player, it is likely to find someone. Professionalism absent completely. The other sore button is the spa. So much decanted but so disappointing. It is small, nothing to envy to a good beauty center or gym with relaxation area, and above all it is usable for a maximum of 2 hours a day. Two hours that should be booked a few days in advance.

Wonderful place, nestled in a valley of olive trees, attentive and kind staff. All the spaces are cared for in detail, well kept and clean. The SPA is a little small but it does its job. The restaurant offers dishes of rare kindness, the chef Luciano Villani super by far many stellar chefs! Recommended.

One of the most beautiful hidden places in Italy. Loved it.

What amazes me most is the great importance they give to a mountain place where you pay a lot compared to what you are offered. The staff is often fugitive and rude. The chambers, of the holes where I myself had to hunt a giant spider. Of course we are in the midst of nature, but if there was more hygiene maybe they would find the cleaning ladies before me. The clientele is not selected even if you pay so much. When I was there I witnessed the scene of people screaming. All in all shoddy since you emptied your wallet to go there. Now I know of a reality show that they did to give a tone to the place. Trust me, just move a little more to find breathtaking places much better than Aquapetra.

Lovely, classy, and attention to detail. Shame about the SPA. Made with superior facilities without rules becomes a sort of public pool, a visiting room where everyone does what he wants. The atmosphere of the spa facilities series, as well as the relaxation that you expect in a place like that, it's a different story.

It was a beautiful experience, in a beautiful location in which lurk the spells of the past. In this scenario, the warm welcome of the staff and in particular of Mrs. Titti, make you enjoy with serenity and also with pleasure the various courses extremely refined. Thank you.

After a wonderful weekend spent at Aquapetra. I believe that this structure represents one of the few reality bells that have achieved excellence! I must say the truth, this is the first time that reality exceeds expectations. I challenge anyone to say otherwise! I would give it a ten out of ten he who with great skill and professionalism, has been able to renovate it, so as to make it comfortable and elegant, without, however, changing the original structure that still maintains the charm of a medieval village. Another top marks go to the entire staff of the restaurant "La Locanda del Borgo" for their courtesy and kindness. Special thanks go to the chef who delighted us with very special dishes! Each dish was a stripudio of flavors! It is clear that behind every dish there's professionalism and meticulous research in uniting the different flavors, even those that seem more difficult to unite. Talented to guys in the bar and the SPA. Always smiling and ready to satisfy every request. In short, those who desire to spend the day in complete relax, go there. Something is just wonderful! It is a little more expensive than average, but it is worth it all.

Tip: the hour room service would be the maximum. Aside from that quibble, I think I'll start to be a regular haunt.
