Had a wonderful week here with my wife, we were looked after from time we arrived until the morning we left. Giuseppe and all the waiting staff were fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful views with friendly staff. A very clean hotel with first class service. Highly recommended.

Adjacent to Sorrento it’s Shuttle in one area not safe at night to get to so the 25.00 euro each way staff not helpful
Asked to change a large bill as they show me cash would not No stamps to mail postcards, outlets, TV not working slippery bath room 413 I asked to change rude staff it made for a stressful stay no view only few rooms do, note the breakfast eggs are watery no staff chef to make eggs nothing like the other 2 property breakfast we’re
I try to enjoy but with hostile not genuine welcome it makes Sorrento my lease favorite place Paying for Art hobby of this hotel hmm.

DESERVES 5 stars.
Wonderful staff, the best we encountered in Italy, Antonino from the front desk was delightful, the boys from the restaurant (Filipo, Ivan, Eugenio, Giuseppe and more) were always making us laugh. So very friendly, definitely the highlight of our stay.
The views are absolutely fantastic!

Loved this hotel. First time in adults only and was v peaceful. Pool and view incredible.

Beautiful setting once you get past the crazy trip up the road! Get breakfast included — it’s a generous buffet. Dinner was also outstanding. Room was suitable, albeit plain but had a beautiful view. Dining staff was very friendly.

Great holidays around Sorrento, this hotel is perfect for its location (no need of using the car). Excellent views, relaxing experience and fabolous staff! Really recommended!

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. We had a sea view room (which we paid a little more for) and the view was spectacular, well worth the money. We had a half board room (included was breakfast and dinner), the food was great throughout the week and the waiting staff were superb. The pool area had a wonderful view of the Sorrento coastline, Naples, Mount Vesuvius and Capri. The pool area was always clean and tidy with plenty of beds. The hotel ran a free shuttle bus throughout the day to Sorrento (took about 10 minutes) and picked you up at the same place, there is a timetable for the bus given to you on check in. The rooms are clean, tidy and inviting. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Sorrento, everything was fantastic!

Such a beautiful place. The staff was warm and inviting. We had a beautiful view and the hotel was quiet at night. There was so much art work to view throughout the hotel. The pool overlooked a breathtaking view of Sorrento. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening and they took care of us like we were royalty. It was sunset and it was so romantic. The rooms aren't fantastic, but who cares? There's room for two in the shower and there's a great balcony and a beautiful view!

Back for the second time… The expectations were reciprocating from a great service in the rooms and welcoming the great view from the pool.

Simply lovely… My wife and me spent eight days in Gran Paradiso Hotel in May 2018 and we both have been positively impressed. Transfer time from Neaples Airport is around an hour by bus and around eighty minutes if you arrive by standard train. Prices for the latter should be around 3, 40 Euros per adult. The hotel itself is situated on a small mountaineous slope at city of sorrents and boasts an impressive view over the golf of Neaples. … A shuttle service in the hotel will connect you directly with the center of Sorrento. So you have a good access to shopping, gastronomy, the railway station (connecting you to Pompeii, Herculaneum and the City of Neaples, each tour costing around three euro per adult) and the nearby harbour (where you can purchase a ferry ticket to Ischia, Neaples or Capri) Transfer time from hotel to Sorrento downtown is around 15 to twenty minutes outside rush hours. Service for hotel guests is free of charge. The shuttle bus in general connects the hotel with Sorrento on an hourly base. The reception is very friendly, kind and helps in all issues, including arrangement of sightseeing tours. The rooms either have frontal or sidewards view over the gulf of Neaples and the mountains of Sorrento peninsula. Size of rooms is rather standard, yet their cleanliness has been the best one I have experienced in thirteen years of traveling. The hotel restaurant offers continental breakfast, supper and dinner.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly and the food was gorgeous. Prices at the bar are also reasonable. The view from the terrace or seaward facing rooms are fantastic and the sunsets are particularly beautiful.

Modern hotel on the hill above whole Sorrento village. Pool, shuttle bus, restaurant and clean rooms. Perfect place to chill out.

Amazing views, great staff. Pool is beautiful and clean. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Out of the way enough that you get peace and quiet, but a shuttle bus every hour to Sorrento centre (free of charge) to keep you connected.

Hotel in a panoramic area of Sorrento. I could only see the pool area which is aesthetically pleasing. Nice and helpful staff.

Arthotel Gran Paradiso: We had a very nice holiday here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast varied. Great view of Mount Vesuvius and the sea.
The rooms are a bit noisy, but not overly bothered us. I would book again at any time.

Great hotel, definitely deserved the 4 stars. The staff is very nice and helpful, the restaurant is varied and of quality, the breakfast rich. The rooms are large and clean, the panoramic ones offer an unparalleled view.

Great place. The staff really great you well. The food is great and what a view. The road between the hotel and the main road is steep but they provide a great shuttle service.

Such a wonderful place to stay with views to kill for! Staff very friendly, professional, and always so welcoming. Would strongly recommend anybody to use this hotel! The staff here were warm and welcoming. You can get drinks by the pool or on your personal patio looking over the beautiful ocean view of islands and mountains. I miss this place so much!

Had a fantastic two weeks here. All of the staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Even sending a driver into sorrento to pick up from pharmacy as we couldn't get there! Bed was extremely comfy and our room was cleaned daily. First holiday in Italy and definitely not the last. Views are breathtaking as are the sunsets. Loved every second and hope to spend another holiday at gran paradiso. Thank you to each and every single member of staff for making our holiday so happy and memorable! X.

It's an excellent hotel, good vibe (2013). Awesome position for sunsets (see picture), we enjoyed the art and the evening meals. The staff were lovely and the pool is has a stunning view. My only snag was the walk in to town. There is a shuttle!
