The Panorama hotel is a wonderful place to stay in the Sorrento coast. The rooms are large and clean, the service is great and the staff are very courteous and welcoming. The name suggests the fantastic view of the sea, especially at sunset, where it becomes a truly unique place! I highly recommend it to everyone!

We spent 3 days in this really nice hotel! They came across it by chance and were extremely surprised. It is a very well managed house, all clean and well maintained, friendly staff. No reason to complain, I really do not understand the negative reviews, gladly again at any time!
I myself travel a lot for business in Europe and can only recommend this hotel.

Stayed here one night as part of a 10 day tour of Italy and Greece with my students. Thankfully I only had to stay here for one night. This hotel is clearly undergoing Renovations and updating… Some of the rooms were beautiful, yet some of them felt like they were haphazardly thrown together using furniture that have been bought from a college dormitory that closed down. This hotel appears to be made up from a number of buildings that are interconnected, this means that you have to go upstairs and downstairs and through different always in order to get to various parts of the hotel… Unfortunately directions were not easily labeled on walls and it was very easy to get lost. Hallways were not well lit and a number of times I felt myself questioning my own safety. The staff was less than accommodating. Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, food was blah. The views were beautiful, but I would not recommend staying here.

Not the best hotel. Horrible food and not outdated rooms. We were on the ground floor and climbed over the balcony to get to the pool. Odd maids taking money, eating sweets and moving night clothes. Cockroaches in rooms! We came on a school trip. : (

Wonderful position with spectacular views (if you have a sea view) but VERY tired. Bathrooms dangerously slippy. No shower mats! Nearly broke my wrist slipping on bathroom floor. Food appalling! Worst I have ever had. No sun beds by pool. Real shame as could have been wonderful.

Beautiful views. Rooms are modest, there was no air conditioning but the hotel brought us a fan and the sea breeze was enough. Definitely a European shower… small.

All the criteria for 4 stars may be met, but this is certainly at the lowest level. Although noise protection has been largely dispensed with, the rooms are very small.

As part of our 1 week round trip AMALFI-KÜSTE with trend tours, we were accommodated here for 4 days. Except for the beautiful view from the bar over the bay, you really can't say anything positive about this hotel. From 4 stars you are very far away! Very small rooms with outdated furnishings. Bath grotto, tiny u very light polite …
Food barren, spartan u unimaginative! Breakfast without egg, tomato or fruit! Dinner partly cold, tasteless u reps in just 4 days … Leaf salad without everything! You can't think of anything!
In the morning e. G. 4 u 5 o 'clock the garbage collection comes — daily, even Saturdays u on Sundays, the night was over! No more topping …
No safe, no German television, Wi-Fi only in the public area, not in the room, would also be too much to ask! The view from the room into the courtyard or to a wall opposite fit into the overall picture.
Please never again this hotel …

Very friendly staff, overall clean hotel and good restaurant, certainly superior to the standard of the hotels. The rooms should be a little ' renewed both in the furnishings and in the acoustics: the walls are too thin and little or nothing soundproof. The main limit is logistics: The location is very nice and panoramic, but it is uncomfortable for those who have to move, especially during the opening hours of the municipal schools, when access to buses is banned.

Italo-Charm of the 80ger. Food has canteen quality. Cannot be used directly with buses. Persons and baggage shuttles required.

It was a standard hotel nothing special.

As soon as we arrived it looked like a hotel worthy of its 4 stars but a face arrived in the room I immediately regretted. Not to mention breakfast and dinner. Crap! Do 2 stars only for the friendly staff and the arrival of the friendly hotel.

Beautiful Hotel. With a fantastic view! Close to surprise. With the bus you arrive in 1/2 "hour.

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The hotel is located on a beautiful cliff overlooking the bay. It's walking distance to a handful of restaurants and is a short walk to the beach. Also it's a 2 min walk to the bus stop which takes you right into Sorrento. It's an amazing location. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. We had a gorgeous sea view from our room and were able to open the windows for a breath taking view. Every morning the breakfast was good. I did not catch the head waiters name but he was extremely nice making sure my wife and I were taken care of. The highlight of our trip was making friends with the staff especially Antonio who was sure we enjoyed every evening we had there. We watched the sunset from the hotel bar across the street while drinking wine. Great stay.

Very small rooms with old furniture. Bathrooms have been equiped in the mid 80s most likely and no change has been made ever since. Views are great but it can be noisy at night time due to a huge bell which tolls every quarter or so. Besides this, noise wise, you can hear the other guests in their rooms without listening.

Clen rooms, great maids, plenty of amenities, pool, and of course, the breaktaking view of the gulf of Naples.

Absolutely terrible, there was cockroachs in my room, they treated us as lower people to them and did not turn on the AC for way too long. Would not recommend, ever.

This hotel is in such an amazing spot with great views. The room I was placed had no A/C and was super dirty I found food in my room. The bed was like a brick and it was like sleeping in a sauna. The room was really outdated.

Visited this place on a 5 day school trip and it was amazing, aside from the fact the shower head was very low and there was no where else to put it, everything else was amazing. The food was delicious as well! The view was amazing. :)

Beautiful hotel especially the pool.

Very small room with old worn furniture. The food was fine. The Hotel is not 4 stars. No shower stuff, old Badamaturen.

The rooms are very small and completely overstocked. The hosts are very rude and very unfair. It is not recommended. You have the pool a day locked for your own use. In the rooms you can find cockroaches. Never again.

It is important to know, that this Hotel is not located in Sorrento. The location offers a fantastic fiew over the golf and to the islands. You can use a public bus to go in a few minutes to Sorrento. The bus stop is only some steps away from the hotel. You can you walk to the center of Meta, but this is not the very picturesque place you would expect on the peninsula of Sorrento. The spacy rooms are renovated and clean, the kitchen offers good italian food and is served by a friendly and well trained staff. My favorite place was sitting on the open air terrace at the coffee shop/bar having a drink and watching the sun set. The family run hotel is very well organized and a preferred place for groups but also for individual travellers.
